Ok i have been searching on this site for awhile and found lots of useful information but not sure any directly applies to my situation/ state/ internet load company. Basically the beginning of this year i borrowed $300 from integrity advance. Every 2 weeks they debit my account random amounts. I tried calling them and they said i only paid 50 dollars towards my principal and the remainder was all finance charges. Please help me if i am getting screwed... i feel i am but not sure how to handle this.

Hello all, any advice would be appreciated. I have $3400 of unpaid medical bills from my ex taking our daughter to the doctor. During our original custody case (01'-02') She took our daughter to the hospital dozens of times and sprang a $6000 bill on me for those charges in court. I had not known or received copies of the bills and the judge decided that I was not liable for those and saw them as her trying to 'bleed' me (judges words, not mine btw).

Hi! Due to unemployment, I have had to default on my CIC loan in the state of IL. That was seveal months ago. I put a stop pay on the check they had so I would have some time to collect the money together. Today, they took out the full amount of the loan as an ACH hold on my account. I did not authorize this and I do not see anything in my paperwork that gives authorization. I'm fairly certain the ACH will be sent back because I had a very small amount in my account. A shame the returned item fee will clear my account fully of the only money I have for food in the next week.

I used the validation letter suggested here on this site (the updated one w/attachment). I sent it certified return receipt which I have received. Allstate Financial is still calling me at work everyday. I told they probably did not receive my letter, and they said you haven't sent payment. I told them I would not until they have verified eveything in writting. My question is what do I do now that they have elected to ignore my letter and have broken every law possible. Advise Pleas.

Of people who have had success stories with getting rid of these nasty payday loan companies? I mean after sending them a letter telling them that they are doing business illegally? I need some good news and some hope. Thank you!

Cold Cash Today Pay Day Loan Yes - ABC Loans Good Times Cash My Cash Now United Cash Loans OneClickCash I would so appreciate if someone had a good email address for these payday loan companies or sharks. I am also working with Utah's Department of Finance. I want to make sure these companies get my letter.

So, I had a look at the stickies which took me to the information for Pennsylvania. They only seem to address that PDLs are prohibited for check cashing companies to make. My story is similar to everyone else so I won't repeat what you already know. My question is in Pa are PDL's prohibited altogether with and especially for check cashing companies or just for check cashing companies.

HOW DO YOU FIND OUT WHAT COMPANIES ARE OPPERATING ILLEGALY?

I'm being called by the Academy Collection Service saying that I haven't paid some debt I have. It's really small (around 1300.00) and I know I paid it a couple years ago, but I have no proof. I might be able to show it via bank statement but I'm not sure yet. I'm just wondering I guess how to handle this. If need be I can pay it off again, just slowly with current economy status (I just got laid off last month) Any advice would be great. Thanks.
