I was wanting to know if anyone could help me out with this. I got into debt wit other payday loans and im strugglng to try and make ends meet now. Has anyone delt with the cash store the treemac fundng LLC. I need abvice on how I could settle my debt with them and make payment arrangements if possible. Please help!

Can they still serve a summons when my name is clearly written wrong on it? They served my husband already so that is how I know it is wrong. I'm in Texas by the way.

I have $20k in debt. I also have legal fees for some other things that must be paid asap. I have no Collateral and I am out of time with everyone. I have $500 - $600 to spend on paying them all back each month but there are to many creditors and they all want to much right away. How can I get a loan to take care of this if I have NO Collateral and poor credit? Thank you.

NEED ADVISE: A-1 Collection has posted a collection account to the Credit B. in my name as a result of a medical bill dated 7/2005 to which I have never received a notice. I moved several years ago and they claim bills were sent to old address. Mail is only forwarded for 1year. Received numerous phone calls from an individual from this law firm. Stating that they my account is in review for law suit for an unpaid credit card. They tell me that they cannot send me anything in writing. What is going on here?

I was contacted by someone via email regarding a defaulted Check N Go Installment Loan, from "The Law Offices" based out of Williamsville, NY. I paid 3 installments of $353 and then stopped paying. The original loan amount was $1500. They want $1815 but are willing to settle for $1000 by the end of May. What should I do?

Right after I turned 18 I got a Sears card. Then I got a Sears master card. I paid off the Sears card literally 3 weeks ago. The day I pay the bill to the sheriff I get papers from an officer for notice of rights to have exemptions designated. So I pay off one and they come after me again. I didnt know about debt validation for the first one so I didnt do it. I plan on sending a request out tomorrow for this one.

anyone had luck with these people? they are not helping me?
