hi. my situation is hopeful..Any way my credit score is lower(fico estimater 620-670). I want a morgage for a single family home. I have collections and charge off that have been paid/settled and most are 6 yrs old.

Is there a way to change my username ? I don;t see how in "Edit Profile"

I had such a bad Monday. I had errands to run in 2 different towns on monday. I was all excited that I had the day off and was gonna spend it playing on the computer. But just as I was on my way home from the last errand (20 miles from home) I noticed that my battery gauge was all the way down :shock: I didn't think I was gonna make it home. But then I figured out that it had to be my alternator. So my neighbor had a tester and yep I was right. A car guy said I (a woman ) was right :shock: lol.

I just figured things out this afternoon and I thought I had longer to pay on 2 payday loans that were with a CA. It turns out that they will be taking their last payments on May 29th!!! :D So both hubby's and mine will be paid in full to check n go. And the lady I have been working with on these said she has to wait 2 weeks to make sure the payment clears and she will send out our paid in full letters!!! WoooHoooo!!! Then we will only have hubby's Advance America one left and there are only 3 payments left on that one. I pay them every other week.

i recently looked at my credit report..i had a sears charge off from years ago that was sold to jdb..i recently disputed the jdb account and it was deleted from one tu report, other two verified...here's my question How can one delete it and other verified it? Also, the jdb is reporting different info to the other bureaus..meaning DOFD is 2/03 and 12/02 respectively. Is this allowed? I guess I just thought accurate info=same on both reports, am i wrong?

If you don't have a job and don't have any assets - other than a 12 year old car with 150,000 miles, what happens once the debts go to a collection agency? I still won't have any cash or assets! I can't file bankruptcy because I haven't lived in the state long enough and I am approaching 120 days on 2 Chase accounts and 1 B of A. Thanks ....

I missed a court appearance so the court ruled on a default judgment. I filed a motion to set aside default which was granted by the judge on March 21, 2009. This removed the default and the judgment. The Plaintiff placed a lien on my home on 2/17/09. I have a trial date of August 5. Wouldn't the lien have to legally be removed after the judge removed the judgment? It has now been six weeks since he removed the judgement. I just spoke to L.A. County and lien is still in place. Thank You.

I received an e-mail from from tendollarpaydayloan.com, they accepted the offer I give them to pay-off the loan. Once they receive my payment I will be marked as paid. I sent a money order to the following address CSU LLC P.O. Box 9223 Colorado Springs Colorado 80932. I sent the payment by express mail so I will be sure they got it today. This way I get a signature and I can track it on-line. It is at the post office but no one pick it up yet. I also received two collection letters from National Opportunities Unlimited (Itsmypayday.com). They sent me two different amounts to be paid.

Does anyone know if Discount Advances actually works with T&C?
