I received a "Marshal's Notice of Execution" on the mail today for a balance that I had with Bally's Total Fitness and I'm Going CRAZYYY can these people actually come to my house and take my things? OMG I don't know what to do. Has this happen to anyone that can tell me what to do PLEASEEE I'm Desperate!!!!! :(... :cry:

I keep getting calls from these people and the debt that they are calling about isn't even mine they are looking to get in contact with my Ex-Mother in law how do I get them to stop calling me since I don't have any correspondence with her anymore and I wouldn't know how to get in contact with her even if I did. My ex husband died a couple years ago so I have no contact with that family anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions? I call them back and I get told to leave my name and number I am not about to do that because I have no reason for them to be calling me for her debts or his.

Has anyone worked with Money 4 You? They are store front. I am behind on my payments. Can anyone tell me what I need to do? I left them a message but they haven't phoned me back. I am worried that they have sent this onto a collection agency or on to wage garnishment. Any advice? Thanks!

I sent some of the collection people that are on my credit report 2 weeks ago but still no word from any of them. No proof or any information on what the collections are for. What do i need to do now to get these people 2 settle with me or get them removed from my credit.
