Advance Me Today seriously called me 5 times at work the other day. Saying that they will call me until their last breath. I talked to them every time they called and said what I had to say and hang up. They immediately called back. They asked to speak with my sup, I told them no. So they called the main line and spoke to her. She forwarded me the message just stating to call them. Why would they call her when I already spoke to them? What would they have to say to my sup? It's not like she's gonna pay the bill.

I got a $600 payday loan with this company and decided to go on line and look at my balace cause I figured i would be finished paying soon. the web site was down and I had to call. I spoke with a rep and they stated that I have a balace of $515. So I asked how was that and I have bank statement showing that they took 95 out of my account twice a month and the rep told me the $30 dollars out of the $95 went towards my acctual balance and the other 65 goes toward a fixed finance charge and that $65 get added every 14 days to the balance. Is this not illegal?

Hi everyone. First time posting. My wife and I have been working on our credit the past couple years and we have a judgement from a broken lease back in May of 09 (caused by losing my job). Anyways we took responsibility and went through the small claims court with the landlord. A couple things that I am just realizing now about how everything was handled. 1. The total amount they said we owed was around $8600, but they sued and won for $10,000. We are paying them back monthly since then for the $8600. 2.

I took out a internet loan in 2010 in Ohio for $1k. They took out the first payment at the time. After the first payment I had money issues with the bank and switched banks. Now I received a call from an attorney in Michigan threating me saying there are 3 pending charges, where I would be fined $4k, possible jail time and revocking of my dl and he needed payment now. When he told me about it, I remembered the money I took out and made a payment of $300 with my card. Then we made arrangements for 2 more payments.

I live in Iowa and have been in the payday loan cycle on and off since 2009 from the following 2 lenders online: Green Picket- I am currently in default and owe them 403.94, the original loan was for 300.00 Magnum Cash Advance- I believe the orinal loan amout was 500.00 but the website will not tell me the orignal amount. but I paid 98$ this last Wednesday and then the following payments are due: 3/27 330.98 4/10 330.98 4/24 331.01 I need help getting out of this cycle and never have enough after paying each loan off to pay my bills! Please Help, i cannot afford these outragous fees!
