OMG!!! I am shaking right now. Im so upset. back in 2009 I had issues with online PDL's. VIP is one of them. After doing all my paperwork and letters and complaints havent heard from them. today out of the blue i get a call from 415-230-2996, she said they were Galaxy Capital Solutions wanting to know how i was going to handle a collection matter in regards to a loan from VIP that was never paid. I told her it is my right to have a letter giving 30 days to respond and i want that letter. I then told her she was trying to collect on a loan that is illegal.

Just received a debt collection letter for 139.00 for bellaplex from june 2012 saying several attempts have been. Made to collect.i called them after looking up product and this agency and read about their collection scams....MOD NOTE...EMAIL REMOVED PER TOS

i just received a call from my local court house that they are trying to give me summons through Delaware associates for mesa financial. I got a payday loan years ago from mesa and paid it plus some. I live in pa what is my course of action, do I need a lawyer?

Good Afternoon - I have defaulted on a PDL that I have with Zip19 in the amount of $1160.00. I live in California and I am unable to repay the loan. The harrassing phone calls have (of course started). I have used the company for several years. But now I simply cannot afford to pay them. I am unemployed and can barely payment and bills right now. I'm unsure what steps I need to take. I'm really scared of these guys making life a living hell for me. Thanks in advance, Mark

My state is Indiana and I recieved a call at my work regarding a possible wage garnishment for an unpaid payday loan she said was back in 2008 or before she didnt know? She said the loan was for "cashtoday"? Now the loan is for $900.00. She told me that they have sent documentation in the mail (not true) and told me that the only way she could stop it would be for me to either give her my debit card info or go buy a prepaid debit card. I told her that I was not going to give her my card info and got very mad at me and tried real hard to intemidate me, didnt work.

I found this interesting article posted on FB, which I do ot know if its true or not, but in a nutshell it says that now people are getting arrested for not paying their debts. The article seems to come from a reputable source. Well, this is 2013 and I live in California and is a victim of one click cash. Do anyone know if this information given above still applies today? I am in disparate need of assistance with this matter. Please post any current information that I can use against one click cash. Morally, I want to pay the amount borrowed, however, no more. What steps can I take, PLEASE HELP!!!!

my bank account had a minus 80 bal at 430 pm .I paid it in cash and asked the account be closed. The next morning there was a 550 negative bal now three days later it is up to 800negative.how come it didnt close originally ???now its getting higher every day
