So I had the $2525 loan from Western Sky which was 'supposedly' sold/serviced/etc to Cashcall. Once I found this site and realized I overpaid them by over $4,000 that stopped right there. I have been getting tons of calls from cashcall but haven't dealt with them. My question is, and I checked on Friday night, they are reporting to my credit report and the last email they sent me also stated the same. Has ANYONE ever been able to remove them from their report? I really don't want the blemish on there.. Thanks!

After emailing them that payday loans are illegal in AZ, they emailed me a copy of the contract that I signed and they actually mailed me a copy of the contract via mail too. I was surprised they see they'd actually mail a paper copy. They quit calling me though...at least for now.

I just received a call from a gentleman in NV stating that I owe $1230.00 in a payday loan from 2008. I would be charge with 3 charges if I did not respond, willful intent to defraud, theft, and larcery. I live in Texas. I asked for the information to be emailed to me. I'm not sure what to do. I took out a payday loan over the phone over a year and a half ago for $400. I have been paying back $149 every 2 weeks till this past November. I found out that my balance was almost $700!!!! $900+ if they add on all the late fees. It is hard to get any help from them about paying this off. They are always very pushy & don't really seem to care that I have paid them well over $2,000 for a $400 loan. Every single person I have spoken with there has a very thick accent from somewhere like India.
