Hi- I rec'd an email form Integrity advance, with whom I'm trying to settle with.. they are unlicensed in the state of WI, and say I owe a balance of $810 on a $500 loan! I paid back $300, so I should only owe $200 if they are unlicensed in WI, right? They state in the email that they will settle for $350 as long as I comply w/thier settlement offer which os to provide copies of my complaints and that I must not discuss w/a 3rd party or they can liquidate me for damages up to $10,000.00.. is this legal????? any help is much appreciated.. I have 7 payday loans and each was for $200 to $300. When I went into my account and added the amounts I can see that I have paid them and more. I have tried to close my account but my bank won't let me and I have racked up over $1500 of NSFs. I have asked if I can put a hard ACH block on my account and they will not let me. They say the only way to do that if this was fraud. I don't know what to do. I have tried to call the PDL companys but no luck and they are keeping on putting different amounts thru my account. I need help. I am stressing out.

I had loans with Emerald Marketing, OSL Marketing/TJF, SSM, 500fastcash.com, and mycashnow.com. I paid off what would've been the principal on the loans, but that was money that just went to their "extension fees". When I found out these loans were illegal in my state of Washington, I took your advice that you've given here. I sent out the letters revoking authorization withdraw from my account. Emerald Marketing and MyCashNow immediately closed my accounts, no questions asked.

what recourse do i have if a judgement came against me and i was never properly served? maybe something went to an old address, but i certainly never knew about it. i live in pa

if i get a credit card on my CCCS program, what would happen...i'm looking at just getting a small one to rebuild some credit. has anyone ever done this, or a loan, or something similar?

What if you plan to seperate after the filing of chapter 13? I am on disability and plan on moving away after creditors meeting. Should I tell the lawyer that I plan this when we go file our papers? I can not live with this man any longer than necessary

I received a summons for an old benficial loan i had tried to pay off but never could seem to quite get past the extremely high interest (i was young and stupid i got a check for 2 grand from them in the mail and cashed it not understanding what it really was.) i received the loan in pennsylvania i have lived my whole life in pennsylvania but i currently work in new york state and was served the summons in new york state at my place of work and its the work address they have listed as my residence...

I've received notice of a court summons regarding an old Cingular bill, final bill 02/04. The amount is $3400., I've read several cases of people with the same billing error situation. My question is- the phone was ordered online, in Oklahoma. We are now in Georgia, what is the SOL?
