East Side Lenders, which is located in Delaware, is licensed by the State of Delaware to make small loans. All such loans are approved and funded in Delaware, with repayment to be made in Delaware.

I have taken out several pay day loans on line, and I live in the state of Maryland. And it is out of control. I can no longer pay these exhorbitant finance charges and have also had to close my bank account due to fraudulent withdrawals. It has come to my attention that some of the loans and rates are prohibited in Maryland. I want to contact the lenders and negotiate and/or nullify some of the loans. The list of lenders are below. Can someone please give me advice, help, form letter template, etc.

Hello, I received a summons from FIA today stating that I owe a balance on a credit card from Bank of America but the summons did not say anything else. It tells me the amount owed and to "see the attached" but nothing was attached. The only credit cards which I have from BOA were being paid every month until FIA took over which I knew nothing about. BOA either used to call every month to take the money out of my account or they would take it out automatically. I never received any bills or e-mails stating that the debt was sold.

I have payday loans in Missouri from Cashnetusa.com, cash central, mobile loans, cashcall, and splashcash advance. These companies are charging atleast 200% APR. I am wondering if these are legal in Missouri and if not what can I do to get them dissolved. I am having trouble paying them and I don't think I will ever get them paid. Also I was contacted by Blue Ridge Law Group doing business as PDL Protection to help with these. I signed up for their service and paid an initial payment but don't feel they have done anything.

I live in NC & I know PDLs are illegal. I have corresponded with netpdl.com only be there help center online & they have indicated they meet & exceed all legal requirements & denied me a mailing address. Can they do that & what is my next step?
