Audubon financial threathen that they were gonna send me to court for CHECK FRAUD..that is a serious matter. I borrowerd $2500 and paid back around $1900...I got stuck after all the fees and stuff it was now up to close to $5000..so I stopped payment for all the checks that were scheduled to come out... after 6 months they are now saying they are going to my local court system and claiming check fraud... Can I be arrested and charged for this?

I live in Florida. I have paid two of the 4 loans I took out to get my kid to college. I just found your page and I'm delighted. I got 700 from Cloud9 Marketing, who has no land address listed that I can find. Funds were deposited on 1/8/2013. I have paid $1029 to date. The other loan was issued 10/3/2012 in the amount of $2000 and, to date I've paid (OMG) $3805.23. This one is listed as being located in the Antilles, I think. If neither of these are legal in Florida, I will send the letter stating I'm finished paying them and be done with it.

Hi, My name is Adam and I have a question about doing a settlement with a closed credit card account that I have. I currently have an account with HSBC that I owe $3045.85 on. The account has been closed for quite some time now. Over a year at least. I made my last payment on 11/23/2012. I finally called in today after reading over some things. I asked to see if I could talk about settlements. The guy was nice and he said they actually mailed out a letter 2 days ago. He said tat the letter states the settlement is for 2100 which is about 70%.
