nyone knows about ENHANCED RECOVERY CORP? ER COLLECTION? FIRSTSOURCE HC ADVANTAGE? WESTERN SIERRA ACCEPTANCE? they too appear on my CR:( not sure what to think about all these? any help VERY appreciated!

AMEX ACCOUNT REVIEW showed up on my CR 5 times in the last 3 months. I am worried and scared. in 1999 i had a 1500$ credit card with them. I used it all and never paid any of it. I did not have a SS number then and I used my student id number to file the application for it. This number appears under SS variation numbers only on my experian report. I was a foreign student then,so very ignorant of the credit world. What can happen now? 10 years later? will they put it back on my CR? may they? can they? what can I do?

I moved to TX from AZ about 8 months ago. I had a default judgement filed against me in 07' for a car repo. I believe the last time paid anything on it would have been in either 03' or 04', most likely the begining of 04'. My ex-boyfried paid off the debt in 05' since i wasn't working at the time, and we were going to get a new car... my relationship w/ him was physically abusive, and I left him, so now have no proof that the debt has been paid. The judgement is about $3600.... Well, now that judgement has turned into a Writ Of Garnishment.

I've settled several accounts in the last few months. I have letters outlining the agreed settlement before any money was paid. But now that the settlement has been paid in full I'd like to get a letter stating that the settlement funds were received and that no more money is owed on the account. Should I contact the CA for this or the creditor they were collecting for?

I have a former BOA CC that with original balance of $12,831.30. This became FIA card services. I don't understand exactly the BOA/FIA relationship other then I know they are related. Anyway first I was getting letters from FIA for payment. Then it went to Creditors Interchange for a few months all with the same account number as my original BOA account. In Dec it went to Nelson Watson but had a different account number, still 16 digits but totally different.

I live in IA and am buying a house on contract. It is worth less than 30000. This is a very old house, in various stages of being worked on. I have a few years left on this contract. I am fairly sure I would qualify for Chapter 7. This is my big concern that they would take the only place I have to live away from me. Just a few more years and I have no more house payments or rent. I am also concerned about my only vehicle, I have to use it for work. It is a 2001 P/U truck and I tow a trailer with it for work. It is paid for but is my only way to do my job.
