I spoke to someone from my payday loan place.. i owe them $315 & they want it all in full. I just cant do that right now... when i spoke to them, they said i either need to pay the $315 in two weeks.. or they'll eventually end up garnishing my wages, & ill be paying their attorney fee's ..? Can they do this? Please help.

We obtained a second mortgage on our house to refinish our basement in 2007. In 2008 my husband lost his job. In 2009 he finally found a job, but in a different state and we were forced into a short sale on our house. At the time of the short sale, we were current on our payments for both 1st and 2nd lenders. Our 1st lender paid our 2nd lender to release the lien. We were told that the 2nd lender would re-negotiate the 2nd mortgage at a later date. We called, wrote letters and provided proof of hardship, etc. to the 2nd lender trying to negotiate to no avail.

I live in Illinois. and had a Proviadian credit card yrs ago. It had a balance on it and I stop making payments becuae was having financial probles. they close the account and asked me to do small payments to repay my debt. The I decidded to file for bankruptcy on 2008, by then the providian was Washigton Mutual and the debt sold to a collection agency, according to the paper work I have the collection agency was notified and so far they haven't claim a dime in the bankruptcy.

I got a letter from a lawyer saying I owe the OK state tax comm over $400 I sent GC over $700 in 2004 for OK tax I have not worked since 2002 Im on SS and have been since 2002 , so how can I owe that much tax what can I do now
