thank you for reply, this company united legal services headquarters 646-289-8296, with the threats he made to me on my answering about going to jail, and saying he was a officer, plus him threating me live over the phone today if i did not pay him by 2pm today or go to jail, i know his number is unlisted, can i take his to the police and let them here recording, when i was told i owed 806$ when i mentioned attorney he got very defensive, this guy scares me as he has my social number, please advise

I have a private student loan that will go into default in two days. The loan amount currently is around $21,000. My monthly payment for the loan is double what I can afford(this is eating ramon noodles and potatoes). They have offered to put my loan on forbearance for six months if I pay X (do-able) amount of dollars, but even after the 6 months it doesn't look likely that I will be able to meet the payments. If I do not forbear the loan, it will go to a collection agency.

I live in Alaska. Back in August I made the foolish mistake of answering an email for a payday loan. While filling it out online I received a call to "complete the application". Unknowingly, I ended up with 2 loans!! I have been trying to get these companies to stop pulling out funds from my checking without success. I am told from one of our local "Payday Loans" company that in the state of Alaska a "loan" can only be rolled over twice and then must be paid. No longer can it be continued and any further funds collected must go to principal until the loan amount is met.

I just received an e-mail from kingston financial payday loans company[FONT=&quot][/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT] saying they would renew my loan and withdraw only the finance fee on Friday, 2/27. I had received an email last night from them saying to disregard that email if they had already processed my application. The problem is: I have never received a loan from them! I am terrified that they are going to draw money out of my account on Friday and every payday after. I sent them 2 threatening emails, and called but they were closed. I will call again in the morning.

About a month ago I recieved a call from this animals from Caroline stating she is calling on behalf of CashNetUsa. Caroline stated she was a person who gives out summons in my county and I was being charged with bank/check fraud, so scared by that I gave over my debit card number. So I paid it, then recently I contacted Cashnetusa to verify my account was taken care of. They had never heard of this so called Check Resolutions Inc and they are not collecting for them.
