my credit card was recently sold to a collection agenct named FMA alliance.they sent me a letter stating i had 3o days to dispute the acct.i sent them a dv letter.looks like they have snt the acct to the original creditor(wamu).now wamu has re opened the acct.can they do this.the credit card was charged off.wamu is now sending me letters of the acct.

I took out a loan with a payday company they were taking out random other amounts at random dates so I closed my checking accout that I had given them to stop it. They turned me over to a collection agency and are now threatening to hit me up for writing a fraudulent check even though i have paid them $300 more than what I borrowed. Can they do this? Can i get in trouble?

If i do this how will it look on my credit report.

I had a loan with PayDay One that I keep receiving notices on. Yes, I took out a loan. No, the full amount wasn't paid back. Long story short, my finanical troubles got the best of me and in the mid-part of '08 I filed for Chapter 7 along with my spouse and for the 2nd half of '08 dealt with no outside collectors or agencies during the filing because of the court ordered stay. In December my case was discharged and closed. About the middle of January I started receiving e-mails from the lender (PDO) about the outstanding amount. The first offer was for 50% off the amount owed.

A man came to my house yesterday and asked if I knew "erik" and then handed me an envelope and walked away. He didn't confirm it was the erik he was looking for, or whether or not erik lived here...he just handed the papers and left. The I open up the docs to see that we're being sued and G&W are representing a creditor that I have never received anything from, but they do show up on "erik"s credit report... I called and asked them who they were, and who thier client was representing because I didn't know who either of them were.

So, before last pay check I went to the bank and wasn't able to open a new account because my account was negative. Once I talked with someone at the bank and had reported ACH claims the banker worked with me to open a new account on that pay day and close the old account. The loans were taking my entire pay check so I had nothing to pay any other bills.

Finally after much persistence .. Bank of America has started returning the PDL's and waiving the overdraft fees. My closed account now sits at $0.00 balance. Day before yesterday I received a text from that bank account that said insufficient funds.. but then today it was back to $0.00. I have been watching for a week and all of the NSF post cards they send have all said "fee waived" So maybe all the hard work has paid off!

Has anyone used ABC debt Relief? Has anyone got out of debt with this program? I have been signed up with them now for some months already. I am just wondering if anyone else has used this particular :?: company and what was the experience with them.[font=Arial][/font]

I received a letter today from a creditor stating that I have 30 days to respond and dispute the validity of this debt, if I don't respond, they will assume it is valid. I am located in Indiana and this debt is at least 10 years old. The letter goes to say that if I noditify the office in writing within 30 days from receiving this notice, this office will: obtain verification of the debt or obtain a copy of a judgment and mail me a copy of such judgment or verification.

Does any one no the phone # to, Intel Equity GP Direct Pay I need it as soon as possiable. I have tried to look it up every where and i can't find it. Thank you!!!
