what do i do if my employer has not sent my w2 to me and i end up having to file past the deadline and i get penalized

I currently have 8 Internet PDL that total over 2000.00. I have currently paid back 2020.00 and have no idea where I stand or how to get out of this! I am -1000.00 in my checking account and when my husband's check gets direct deposited on Wednesday I'll still be negative. I am behind on my house payment due to this and they are saying that they need $1400 by the end of the month. I feel as though I have no control and don't know what to do. Please help!

Apologies if this is old news but they're the same people. At the moment their company is going down and hopefully out of business. Just so you know they're actually based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado not New Mexico! My grandmother took out a loan and when she asked to mail a payment in one of the reps said they could send it to their office in Colorado. Funny thing is that the check was returned and she ended up dealing with a collections agency.

I have 7600 with chase. I offered 3,000 which is 40%, what more can they want right... so they say 3500 is their lowest, which is about 46%. Now she said it will go into litigation next... so what do i do? should I take it for another 500? or wait to settle with litigation? any advise? thanks!

Hello everyone; I am in the process of trying to settle many of my credit card accounts. I settled directly with American Express, and next will be Bank of America and also Chase. My question is this: for the accounts that I cannot settle directly with (because I will not have enough money saved to do so and need more time) will I be able to make multiple payments to the collection agency that the account is sent to, or do most ca's want one lump payment? Also as a side note/question, does anyone know who Citibank usually uses for outside collections?

i have a debt for a credit card opened back in 1998. joe pezzuto has the account now and is sending me letters asking me to pay. i have made payments to him before and because they were not large enough, he stop accepting the payment. it is on my credit report as unpaid by the original bank. can i pay the bank or just make pmts. to joe pezzuto until its paid in full? i am in texas.

i am just getting started doing credit repair. i have no credit cards. does anyone know any reasonable card companies to get a visa or mastercard with bad credit. my credit score about 480

I live in New York. I currently have a PDL from United Cash Loans and EZ PayDay Cash, both in the amount of $300 and both started in October, 2008. I closed my account last week and am wondering if they could still try to debit the account and what I need to tell the bank as far as the situation. They are due to debit on Wednesday the 18th. My wife and I are both totally disabled. My wife is impaired by medications and is unable to tackle any kind of important issue. She can't even drive a car right now because of it. I have been handling the phone calls from the banks. I have explained the situation, then followed up with letters verifying the conversations. My wife has signed the letters which authorize me to discuss her accounts with the customer service reps. All have been sympathetic until today. At about 10 AM, we received a phone call regarding my wife's account from Target Bank.
