I live in Arizona and I currently have 3 payday loans outstanding. 1. My Cash Now- online principal- $420. They are saying I owe somewhere around $700 with interest. paid so far- $183.58 2. CashNet USA- online principal- $500. After interest, I owe about $600. paid so far- $97.80 3. Pay Day One- online principal- $500, about $610 with interest. paid so far- zero. My biggest problem is that all three of these places keep trying to debit my checking account at the same time, and it's all getting bounced back.

I got a call from nationwide cash today. They are illegal in the state of Washington. The lady asked me if I had any reasonable resolution to offer. I told her that their loan was illegal in the state of Washington & that any further contact would have to be in writing. She said that I came to them in Delaware they didnt come to me. She called back and said they were sending their local "affiliates" in Washington to my place of employment What now???

I am currently in the negative on my checking account and have been for the past month or so due to a furlough I went through at work for two weeks and it threw me ff completely. Im trying to get the money to pay off the 600 dollars. I could have it done in two weeks. But the problem is that there giving me a week from today to come up with it. If I dont they said they would put out a warrant for my arrest and repo my car. I have an auto loan with them as well. Im not behind whatsoever on this loan and have been less than 30 days late once. I am assuming they are using it as collateral.

My credit scores are 715, 689 and 691. Roughly 50% utilization on my credit cards, 1 car loan beginning 7 months ago, one mortgage from 18 months ago always on time, one mortgage from 2 1/2 years ago with a problem. The two strikes against me are that I have been self employed for only 18 months (new boss hired me as an independent contractor so he wouldn't have to pay taxes on me), and I keep getting told that I need at least 2 years proof of self employment. Second I was 120 days late on a mortgage 2 1/2 years ago, but that has been over 2 years now and I've not been late since then.

For those folks in Arizona who are getting caught in the mess of Internet Payday Loan companies claiming that their state law prevails. This is NOT true. Just got done speaking with Anthony Royal with the Arizona Department of Financial Institution. His words... In order for an Internet Payday lender to provide a loan to someone who clearly states they are located in Arizona, they have to be licenced and follow the Arizona guidelines regarding interest fees, renewals, etc.

Hello, i need a lil help. I took a loan out with cash transfer centes in the amount of $600.00, i was to repay (820.00 with 2 nsf fees) I advised these guys that i cannot make the payment they said they will set up an arrangement with me of course rent was due, but i called the co to let them know they needed to wait until the 20th of this month, they~ called me bk left a message, and i have since had 2 more nsf fees on the account.

Hello and hope all are well. I am in a 100% commision job before the economy hit the fan, I was doing allright. I took on two credit cards about three years ago. I have racked up $17K in debt between the two of them. Recentley I have been backed into a corner when it comes to paying those cc's because my income is based soley off of what I make for my company and since I am not doing the type of buisness I was a couple of years ago it has been hard to pay my bills on time.

I got a letter from their Cleveland, OH office stating that my balance due 6079.59 and then 4 days later they file a judgment against me for 5984.59 and their Pittsburgh, PA office is listed on that. I read about the class action suit against them in Indiana. I was going to call them to settle but now I wonder if I should call a lawyer.

I recently received notice in the mail of an Order of Default Judgement against me. What type of attorney do I contact to help me in this case? The summons that I received several months back did not have a court record number or date on it and requested that I appear at the collection agency office (not a court house). I didn't take it seriously. :oops: I never received a summons to appear in a court. I also have exempt properties that I need to protect such as my social security disability income, older vehicle, etc. What type of attorney do I contact? Thank you!

I just checked my credit report and on the Transunion on AIS is reporting a negative account for DJR group and epprocessing. How do I go about disputing this? They are both illegal to lend in my State of Michigan. Will Transunion remove the negative activity due to this reason?
