I received a mesage from this number and they said they were from PDM. I have no clue what they are calling for. Then they called my mother and said it was about a "legal matter". Does anyone have any experience with them or a fax number so I can send a c&d letter to them? Any help would be appricated.

Ok this story is about as crazy as my House Calling Loan Shark mess..I babysit a friend's baby (gives me a little bit extra cash) well, with all my mess, the friend I babysit for had a friend who needed a babysitter...so I take care of her kid too. Well, I don't know this person well, but she seems nice...but I heard from my friend that her roommate stole her atm and not only cleaned it out, but overdrafted it very bad.

Help! I took a $300 loan from the Loan Shop in August 2008. My account was debited on four occasions for $90, totalling $360 paid to them as "extension/interest" fee. My account has since defaulted for a about 3 months. They have started to call my job over the past 3 weeks to collect. They are extremely rude and pushy. I've asked that they not call me here as it puts my job in jeapordy.

Denies the statements made by plaintiff in paragraph b. 3c. Denies the statements made by plaintiff in paragraph c.

I read something in another thread that stated some creditors will use a search engine to look up the Fair Market Value of your home and assess if you have any equity in your house as a part of their assessment during settlements. Anyone have experience with that? I probably do have some equity in my home, but can't access it short of selling the house. The HELOC market is dead, not many lenders are doing these. A cash-out loan is difficult to get in this environment, and with my plunging credit score, awfully difficult in this case.
