Well now that I've just about won the battle against the PDL companies. 3 of 4 sent me PIF letters, still waiting on BaysideLoans. Thinking about really pushing for refunds now, as I've overpaid the principle on all of them, and they ruined the last 2 years of my life. Anyone had success with refunds? I have already filed complaints with my AG's office. I had PDL's with Advance Me Today; Plain Greens, Great Plains, and BaysideLoans

I have 15k cc debt with Wellsfago that I have had since 1999. I recently in the last few months couldnt make the full payment. They even when I tried to submitt partial payment 300-400 a month., they still wanted 800 all of sudden for a payment. So I called them because this week I couldnt make a partial paymnet. I offered them a lump sum but they threatend to garnish and was already being sent to law/collections to do so. HELP what should I do I have paid atleast half of the payment till last week. and tried to negotiate my monthly payment down several times. they wont budge

Hello, I was contacted by a payday loan collection company that says I took out a loan a few years ago on the internet and have not paid it back..But I can not ever remember taking one out I have set up a payment arrangment and only have one 75.00 payment left..well yesterday these people called my grandparents I have no idea how they got there number and told them that he was a lawyer and that they were going to come out and serve me with a court summons.

Hi, I am 5 months behind on a 14k Chase credit card debt. I had been on an account liquidation plan before then. I am trying to reach a settlement with them and two other credit cards for total debt of 45k. My last contact with Chase was 2/5/13. I offered them $3500 to settle the debt and was expecting a counter offer. They reviewed my account and was told I was not eligible for a settlement option and that my account would be charged off on Feb 25th. At that point they will either give my account to a collection agency or keep it in house. What are my options at this point?.

Received many calls from this company indicating that they have several accounts (old PDLs) which are past the SOL in Florida (over 4 years) trying to collect. I have told them time after time that those accounts have been closed, charged off or PIF, but they continue calling. Today they called my corporate HR in Washington DC asking about garnishing my wages. Not only did they call DC but also called my main office switchboard # and told the receptionist the whole story about garnishing my wages, etc. First, can they garnish my wages without a judgement?
