i paid cash for a honda acord . a 2005 back in nov. 9-2008 still have no title on car.i found out the vin was wrote down wrong.the dealer said they have to trac down the problem in miss. wear the once owner lived the dealer gave me the write vin number but i stele have no title. what should i do.

On my credit report a company by the name of DM Management/Carlsbad was listed with retail credit. I do not know who they are? Have you heard of them Thank you.

Hello, I asked this question in another post, but am still unsure of the answer. I have pulled together enough money to pay all my internet loans in full, and have made EPP with my storefronts. My question is this: Since I have enough to pay my internet loans in full, can I revoke ACH (without closing my account) and ask for another method to pay them off (prepaid card, etc.)? I could put the money in my account and just have them pull the full amount, but I really don't want them debiting my account anymore.

My parents were visited by a police office and were left some paper and ask to have me call deputy xyz. I am being summoned to court for credit card debt (capital one). Which i dont deny. But i have not recieved any letter. I dont live at my parents and they have not recieved any letter for me. I tried to call this deputy who has directed the situation to the county that I live in. How am i suppose to know what to do, where to go, if i havent recieved anything? Need help...does anyone know who i can contact locally for legal help?

They both say they don't offer Extended Payment Plans in Texas. Is this true or am I getting the run around? Jen

Jeez, I wish I had known about validation letters and all that before I started dealing with Nelson, Watson & Associates and Capital One. I have a question: I have already been making payments through them for a Capital One account (the threats, the lawsuit thing, etc, scared my wife and I just kind of caved, even though I can barely afford it), and I'm wondering if I can still send the validation letter even if I've already started making payments to them?

I have a couple of Payday loans that I am hoping someone can help me with. The first is with Loan Point USA which was for $500 to date I have paid $600 and they are scheduled to take another pmt out this Friday - I have sent them a letter telling them that as far as I am concerned this loan is illegal in RI and therefore is Paid In Full - they keep replying to my email telling me to call them - should I do that?

I have been put onto chexsystems because of some mistakes I made in past, I was wondering maybe someone on her might know. Would i be able to be put onto an existing checking account that my wife has or will me being on chexsystems prevent the bank from wanting to allow this. thanks for your help.

Being sued by Atlantic Credit law firm is representing them Can I contact the law firm and can I request a debt validation from the law firm as I never received a document from Atlantic Credit saying they were trying to collect a debt.
