I'm a Georgia resident and i took out an online payday loan with Great plains lending. They gave me 800.00, and I've made 8 payments of 141.28. By the time i make my last payment the sum of all of them will be a little over 2500.00. I told someone about this and they told me that payday loans were illegal in Ga, had i known this and all of the extra money I would have to pay back I wouldn't have done it..is this info true? Will I have to pay the loan back in full?

I have a payday loan that is ACH debited every other Friday. It shows up on my checking log as LOANSHOPRIVERSI. I cannot get my email which I used so I have no contact info. Has anyone ever heard of them and if so do you know any contact information. Thanks!!

I have a VIP preferred card that I used in casinos. It's basically a debit card that takes money right out of my checking account. It can only be used in casinos, as far as I know. Once I use it the funds do not come out of my bank account until two or three days later. One day I used the card and a couple days later I did not have the funds in my account. So now Global Payments says that I owe them 2,500 dollars. Does anyone know if they report to credit bureaus? I really do not want to pay them. A lawyer told me they will not take me to court over it.
