Well hello everyone my name is Brandon and I am in a load of trouble with payday loan lenders! I have 7 loans ranging from 100 dollars to 500 dollars totaling about 2500 dollars. My companines and amounts are as follows.

I am disabled and don't work. I have been around these forums for a while now so I know what goes on here. I have been looking to a lot of the laws also so I am here to offer my services. I am not an attorney, though I thought about it,lol. I try to give the best advice possible and if I am wrong someone can correct me. I know that people have to wait a while to get answers on here sometimes so I make an attempt to get on here every day. I am on mostly at night and early in the morning. As soon as I get my new password I will be signing in and will be here to help you all.

My son's credit report showed an amount of 275 as unpaid debit posted by a collection agency. Upon following up with the agency, we came to know that it was from his previous rental place. We followed up with the rental agency, they were unable to provide evidence as to why the charge was made. The rental agency agreed to advice the collection agency to resolve this as non debit. While this happens, can some one please advice as to damage claim can we make to the collection agency or the Client?

i live in fl. and what can the loan company do do get the difference i owe them other than garnishment of bank or employment i own acar can they take take or will they put a lien against it? :?

I was threatened early this year. The letter was an attorney letterhead and said that if I didn't contact them they would recommend filing suit against me. The person who signed the letter was not an attorney. I never sent a debt validation in the 30 day period. Second letter says they have recommended filing suit and are awaiting authorization. The third letter said they have authorization to file suit and that if i didn't contact them in 10 days, they would sue me. I called and spoke to the attorney and asked him what it was for.

can you default on a bank account that is overdrawn, and how do i do that?

As most of you are aware, i was having trouble with our Director of Credit Union with a closed account. Well, thanks to someone (can't remember who) pointed me to the Electronic Transfer Fund Act.

And GUESS WHAT, after one letter emailed to them that you guess gave me the sample of about the Indiana state laws, they sent me a PIF letter!!! thank you guys so so so much. Of course, it had to real address or anything on it, go figure. Now I am just dealing with Payday loan YES, who responds to each C/D letter with "good luck" :roll: And The Loan Company, which I can't even figure out who the loan is through. The others I found don't sound familiar.

I closed my bank account that the PDL were using. Now what is my next step? They are all legal storefront PDL companies.
