I would like to know how FBDL gets away with what they are doing to people with their outrageous fees? I know the state of Delaware houses alot of these companies because of the law there but FBDL should be reported to anyone who will listen they are no better than Cash Call. Their name should be the First Bank of THIEVES!!!!!

Need help with this company. Got a loan for $350 on Sept. 4th.They took out three payments of 105 each. I paid them back a total of $315. I contacted them before my due date but after I closed my checking account and opened a new one. I'm located in South Carolina, by the way. I told them I would pay what I owe them by money order. They refused. They contacted me several times and I told them I would pay the difference when I got the chance, and I would let them know when that would be. I was told that if I didn't pay by the end of the month by pay would be garnished.

Hello Everyone: I have been working with a debt settlement company that handles pay day loans. About two months ago, they settled with Zip Cash for $650.00 because the original amount was $825.00. I told my settlement company that the $825.00 was wrong. I didn't owe that much. And at the time, I couldn't find my original loan document to prove it. So, the debt settlement company contacts them and states that I didn't agree with the amount. Zip Cash said that because I didn't make any payments on it is the reason I owe the amount.

I am reading a post which states that if he/she is unable to pay the credit card debt, the collector will bring her/him to court. Any one have knowledge about this , please give me some ideas, because I am in terrible financial hardship, and also unable to afford making payments for 2 months? Thank you so much

Has anyone ever successfully terminated their residential rental agreement without fault and/or additional rent payments?

I just filled out the form for the free debt counseling and received an e-mail message from a rep of Superior Debt Services. Has anyone used them before? Have you been sued? I checked online and their BBB affiliation has expired. As a couple we are meeting our minimum payments and our mortgage every month, but are just making it every month. I found an article online of questions to ask any debt settlement company which I intend to do.

I'm 120+ days late and negotiating settlement with BOA. I have direct deposit in a BOA checking acct. Can they tap in and take funds and/or freeze my acct due to overdue cc?

Hello, I would like to avoid bankruptcy...I did it once due to a divorce and never want to live through that again! I am brand new to this form of debt elimination. I live in Canada and I would like to know if I can follow the same protocaol as the US? As I cannot afford to pay in full on settlements can I make payments.....how do I begin? Thanks Judy

Hi... Quick question about UCC 9-406 (h). This section states that... "This section is subject to law other than this article which establishes a different rule for an account debtor who is an individual and who incurred the obligation primarily for personal, family, or household purposes." I have a debt buyer taking me to court for an alleged debt that they say I owe them. I have asked for a chain of custody for proof. I am not denying that the debt never existed, just that they (the debt buyer) has a right to collect it. My main defense was UCC 9-406, proof of assignment.

Has anyone ever dealt with these people. They are by far the rudess and over the top people. They called me at work about a payday loan from Cash Zone (storefront) and threathened to send someone to my job the same day if I did not pay up. I called them and the said things that should not be legal for any company to say to someone over the phone. Said they would be filing charges with the DA's hotcheck office. They have called me a couple of times since then and sen one letter that I know of that said I had five days to pay up or else. That was over a month ago. Nothing since then!
