This Payday Loan trap I got myself in was and has been a real nightmare. It all started with 1 Payday Loan, and when it came time to pay, I didn't have enough money to completely pay back the loan and make ends meet, so I took out another one. You can imagine how it escalated from there to 12 total PDLs... you always think you can easily 'fix' the situation with the next loan... Nope. It got to the point that 100%+ of my check was going towards simply the fees and no principal. Then I came upon this website, and I gained the knowledge I needed to begin crawling out of this mess.

Ok, been on the site for several days reading and I am going through the process. I have 10 PDL's.. 7 illegal in my state (Alaska) and 3 legal. I have closed my bank account. Note, the bank did not need the letters to close the account, but they did if I just wanted to cancel specific ACH's, plus they wanted $18.50 per ACH revocation.

Hello, like most I got trapped in the never ending pay day loan cycle....I have several loans and found this website, and used the instructions to revoke ACH authorization and close my account down. I just recevied a phone call from a company called CMS & Associates stating they were hired as mediators to mediate a case that will be filed against my county court. This is for a payday loan I took with Plain Green Loans--it was a $250 loan I made several payments on and now allegedly owe $510.21 with fees.

Ok here is an update from Mississippi. I have prepared all my letters I am going to the bank tomorrow to get my new account and close my old one. I have many reservations about this whole situation but I know it has to be done. Here are my questions i spoke with a company called www.paydayloanhelp.com just to see what there service was they offered me a program starting with a payment of 306.90 and monthly payments of 290 has anyone used them or is it better to do it myself. what kind of collection calls should i expect from discount advances and www.mycashtransfercenters.com

What happen when you cannot get in touch with the paydayloan company and you want to pay the loan in full?

Today i was hit with a 223.00 debt on my credit that brought my credit score down 27 today from LVNV Funding LLC and i havent even recieved a letter from them concerning my debt and i am very angry. I tried to google contact infor but all i read about is the negative things customer has to say about this company. what do i need to do?

Me and my handsome separated in 08, I filed bankruptcy in 09 on my house. Then my handsome stopped making the payments and the home forclosed in 11. Now I am trying to buy a home, they are telling me I have to wait 3 years from when they finally took the home in 2011. My question is does the bankruptcy supersedes the forclosure? If so, I should be able to buy a home for it has been three and half year. Thanks for any help on this.
