Anyone delt with or dealing with Sessoms and Rogers? I am having nothing but trouble with these attorneys and their in house collectors!!

i dont have enough debt to consolidate and have no clue how to find where my debt has ended up any info would be helpful

i'm not sure what to think yet. i dont want to jump to conclusions but i'm hoping my cease and desist letters have done some good. i owe 4 pdl pmts today. i defaulted two weeks ago and figured they would be blowing my phone up today but not 1 call. they are probably just messing with me. come monday i'm sure they will be on it. the only one that would work out an affordable epp was paydayone. the other 3 cashnetusa, can, and paychecktoday wanted outrageous epp that i cannot afford all at the same time so i signed up with progressive debt managment to handle those 3. just 12 easy payments.

Can somebody please tell me where I can find the new pdl law in the ohio revised code? I am preparing C&D letters for illegal internet lenders, and want to cite the law as it now exists, but I have not been able to find the law that states specifically 28% apr and no internet lending. Please help!!

I bought a salvage car from Texas in 2006. Before I was allowed to buy a tag I was told to have the car inspected. Before I did that the title from the salvage company was accidently thrown away. I was told to get a bonded title done. Which I did for and had to pay $100 for it. I started the inspected but was told to talk with geico insurence company to help get another title. The title was in the original owner name and stamped salvage. The car was totaled in an accident. Geico told me to go back to the DMV and they should help me.

What can happen if I default on legal payday loans? I live in PA and have three legal (becuase of loophole) and one illegal (Malta would be illegal?????) Thanks for any help

Could pdls find my money in someone else's account? I could open an account under someone else's name - make them unable to withdraw even. then use that account for my direct deposits. Anyone think chexystems would find it? Since I am not the account holder? Thanks

Even though I have been sending them small payments, Cash Central is threatening to report me to the 3 major credit bureaus unless I pay them the balance due by December 31st. I have explained to them that I can only make small payments because I have recently filed for unemployment benefits and am not currently employed full-time. I am in California and they are in Utah. Can they legally report me to the credit agencies? I did not think they could. Also, I am showing my intention to pay the debt by making payments to them. They should be working with me on this.

I am handling a short sale for a client. Zenith represent a water filter company who has a lien on the real estate property scheduled sale. A payoff agreement was offered from Zenith last Tuesday nite 11/25/08 after weeks of waiting;the eve before Thansgiving with an expiration for that Sunday 11/30/08. An extension was requested that same Tuesday nite since most Attorneys and Banks where either closed or on abreiaviate schedules for this holiday. As of today 12/5/08 at 5:30 pm we still can not receive an extension for this acceppted payoff agreement.
