Capital Management Services LP is trying to collect for CC account.They have sent me a settlement offer and it is a good offer and I want to send the payment but the letter is typed,not handwritten, and no signature and states: "This company has been engaged by Resurgent Capital Services LP, the servicer of the account, to resolve your delinquent debt of $2001 and to make checks payable to Capital Management Services LP to adress noted." BUT then below that it states: "Capital Management Services LP is authorized to accept less than the full balance as settlement on account."Tells settlemen

I recently got a $500.00 payday loan from Loan Point USA. The past 2 pay periods they have taken $150 out of my checking account totaling $300 yet my balance is still $500.00 I live in RI and have another loan from United Cash Loans for $300 and they take $155.00 each pay period - I can't live like this anymore my rent is now due and since they took $305.00 between them I am short again. I live in Washington DC and i have pdl from these co. Prestige Group(Vince Enterprise), GFS, One Click Cash, Upfront Money, Rapid Cash Management and the Loan Shop. I have paid 2 off and reopen them and now just paying the interest. I went to a pdl finance co to consolidate, gave a letter to the bank and told the companies my situation which i lost my job and the finance co is handling my loans. I sent letters to them as well. It is funny cause GFS, OCC, Upfront Money, and Prestige do not have email addresses to respond to but they do not hesitate to call or email me constantly.

I have already closed my bank account, so my PDL (online only and someone here already helped me to find out they were all illegal) so I am expecting some calls since they all probally tried to debit the account today (my payday) I have got 2 calls stating to check my email immedialty, which was just a email stating the payment didn't clear and to call to make arrangments, etc... I am scared after reading so much about these companies to get calls @ work, my job really looks down on calls from anyone let alone many and threats.
