I am having sme trouble working out payments with Payday One. When I first contacted them before default they were going to make arrangements of $115 over five pay dates. They then told me they could not make arrangements since the laws in Ohio had changed. I blocked their ACH transaction and contacted them again before default. I told them I was willing to pay with the original arrangements. The CSR that emailed me back said they could do it in four payments of $148.75 which I agreed to but that I wanted the first payment due 12/19. They said they could not do that it had to be 12/5.

I have the folowing payday loans: Payday Max $700 +226 (Fees) = 926 Cash Transfer Centers $350 +69 (fees) = 419 I was wondering if anyone had any advice on talking to these companies about extedning the time to pay these off. I'm in CA

I have tons on debt.. I want to make payment arragements with them.. but they won't accept them.. i don't want to be sued.. but what else can i do? I currently am working with Alliance One - $1200 P. hello i am writing in for my daughter as i have told her about this great site and the help i have gotten in the past so she was wondering what to do. my daughter has excellent credit first of all. she just moved from texas to tennessee. she lived in an apartment in texas and thought when she moved that all apt. expenses were paid up, she made sure of it. she never received a bill from the apt's etc since she moved 6 mos. ago. all here other mail had/has been correctly forwarded to her-bills, etc. so the other day she gets the letter from the national cred. sys inc.

Hello. I need a little help with Loan Shop Online. I have a loan with them that I have not been able to get out from underneath that was only a $300 loan that I have been paying $90 a month on for the last year and until I pay it in full plus the $90 monthly I will continue to pay the $90. Considering I have already paid so much is there anything I can do????

In mid-October I took out a $200 loan from the dreaded ACHLoan.com. I have made 2 - $74 payments to their company. I live in Missouri. I had difficulty finding their web site one night, so I googled their site to find it. I ended up finding out they are a scam and illegal in my state. My first question is that after I found out they are a scam, I closed my bank account and changed my work information so they would not call my employer. Would this be considered fraud, especially since they seem to be an illegal company? Secondly, I have paid $148 to date of the original $200.

Good day I have question i'm be sue be worldwide asset purchshg ii,llc and they are using a attornery,Hodges,Avrutis & Foeller, P.A in florida they have sent a summes i have responed to them with a letter thru the court so i can make arrengment to pay 100.00 a month but they did not accept my offer they are asking me to take the judgment and then make arrangements to pay 100. a month.what else can i do to fix my problem?any advice would be good.

I have been paying a debt to a collection agency and recently got another demand for the same debt with more charges. What do I do? I even got a judgement from civil court against me for a debt I have been paying for years already.What can I do?
