I just got laid off and i have two loans. I live in texas, i need to know if i let these go and bounce what they can do legally to me The Cash Store - 500 loan 102.44 refinance coming to total 602.44 (store front) ACE - 300$ loan at 60 refinance 360$ total (store front) I need help ASAP due to they are due this friday and i need to see what legally they can do. i have paid more than 600 on a 300 dollar pdl and still owe 390!!! i also have 3 others pulling money directly from my bank account each pay period! I have paid more than the principle back on all of these loans and all still say I owe the whole amount!!! I am going to close my bank account, but are there any other steps i should take in Mass?

hi all. this website is awesome. i'm unsure if this is the right place to post this. soon to be ex-wife just just left me a message saying i've been summoned by mann bracken to go to court for a debt with target. i don't live there but she took the summons. is that legal? what do/can i do? unsure about the details, i have not seen the papers yet. any advise would be much appreciated. thanks all.

My loans are as follows Advance America borrowed 300-owe 357 Payday Max borrowed 500-owe-292 DebitDr borrowed 300-owe-390 CLM group borrowed 300-owe 390 I also have check into cash, but i am paying them off in full on Dec 5 2008. I have tried to get a debt consolidation loan to pay these off or even get debt consolidation help, but i am denied both.

Hello i filled out a loan Pdl tonight they said i was approoved. then told me to fax in my hand signature and date it, i never heard back from them i need a real phone number for this pdl for the company 200 cash.com i saw other numbers on here but they all have Voice Mail, what is a real working number for this company. this is the 2nd time dealing with this company

I just got a copy of my credit report and found that there are multiple listings for various accounts. For example....one account shows twice on my report; the difference is the account number. Another account is shown by the original owner and the collection agent. How do I get this fixed?

I just sold my cell phone on ebay for the $320.00 I was asking for it:)))))..now I just have to wait for the payment to post to my paypal account. Yeah.:)
