Well the time has come. For those who know about my oldest cat, I have to make the call today to the vet. He is getting worse. So hubby and I decided that I have to make the call to the vet today. The vet did tell us that yes he has cancer. But he is having more problems than that right now. So it was a quality of life decision. Yes he purrs all the time, but you can see he isn't comfortable. I just wanted to update those who knew about this.

I want to know how my credit score will affect the interest rate on the loan I apply for. What am I required to do to avail a low rate of interest?

I am in Ohio and the PDL is legal. I have a loan with PayDay One online that is due 11/21 for $575.00. I have emailed them and spoken with them about payment arrangements but they "claim" due to the new law passed in Ohio they can not work with me. I am going to send them a ACH revoke letter to them via email and certified mail and ask to block them at my credit union. I was able to block Magnum Advance and the credit union had no problem doing that form me. Hopefully I can speak to the same person that helped me before.

what all the personal information do they require from you to enroll ? whom do you make the payment out to? Novadebt? Do you get statement monthly that shows current balance, Interest rate and payment? How do we know if Novadebt is paying the creditors? Does it show on the monthly statement? Sorry for asking so many questions....:-) Thanks in advance

I'm trying to send a cease & desist letter to PDR, who collects for GECC/CashDirectExpress but I can not get their physical address or fax number. I don't even know what PDR stands for! Can anyone help?

The jusgment was entered in Sept, nothing has happened yet to my bank account. After it was entered I received a letter from the creditors telling me they obtained a judgment and they would like to know what income I have that is exempt. I don't have any exempt income, such as social security. The only money I make is from doing some computer work for someone at thier home, somewhere around 200 week.

2 weeks ago I filed out an application to the company my hubby works for. Well they called today :D I have an interview Friday afternoon!!! Hubby thought I got it because of him :x well that isn't so, because the girl didn't put it together. There were 500 apps. accepted for 20 jobs and I was one of the ones they called :D The only thing that sucks is that it would be a 45 min. drive to work.It's not at the same plant that hubby works at. But it would be for a VERY stable company that is expanding all their plants in my state.
