I am usually very thorough when dealing with PayDay Loan Co.'s. I print out the original application and print the paid in full page when the loan is paid off. I know they use all different kinds of names and web sites because they "truly care" about our well-being. However, NLS keeps taking and taking (every payday) and I have NO information about this Company. Anybody help?

Why did it show up twice in my credit report? Each from a different collection agency. Is it a mistake that I can dispute or there is something else I need to understand about HELOC. In 2004, we were ableto sell the house before the default.

a recent post by tom321 saying the TASC was a scam turned out to be a false list.when mobile0311 called him on it he basically told him to change his stance and he was going on blind faith.i chimed in how he was wrong on this.he degenerated it into a bunch of ugly fillabusters i ended up closing his thread i have to wonder how much of his supposed info is wrong.he does have an agenda against the entire debt relief industry. sorry for the rambling,but he does merit watching now thoughts?

I'm having a hard time finding out if the following payday lenders are CFSA Members. Does anyone have experience any of these companies? Has anyone been able to make payment arrangements with them? THe Loan Shop Online , Cash Spot and Cash Direct Express? I live in Ohio and cant find any info on our database either!? Please Help!

Hi, I have a $300 loan from SSM group, which is now "in collections" because I closed my checking account. I have had several unauthorized ACH transactions from other loan companies. Now, I need to see if I can have someone send me the form letter that I can fax to unlicensed PDL companies. They have debited my account for the $90 re-finance fee at least 3 times, so I figure I only owe them the remaining balance original loan amount, right? Also, does anyone have information about Cash Direct Express? I currently reside in Louisiana.

has anyone heard of this company, I have viewed my credit report and they have made inquires numerous times, but I have no idea who they are.
