My credit is a mess. I was married and divorced about 5 years. I maxed out my cards and I couldn't afford to pay them, so I let them go. Can I still fix my credit? I have a company by the name of credit attorney and they haven't really done much, can you help me?

Is there anywhere I can turn to get help in Washington State for Payday Loan Relief

I'm not sure why I even pick up the telephone anymore... This morning I got a call from TRI & Associates. They left a voicemail on my phone that said "you need to check the bad check laws in your state and then call us back". So, I'm pissed that they leave this on my voicemail! Where everyone can here it. So I call them back and get the manager on the phone. The manager asks where my $555 payment is. I told her I cannot afford that amount.

I went in to review my ch 7 petition on 22th oct the new seceraty did every thing wrong she state i was a business, wrong creditiors ect. i did all the corrections and hav a app oct 31 to sign the petition. i came home and got a letter from the courts stating they would cancel my petition on nov 6th if i dont submit doc credit counceling which the lawyer has. i never signed the petion and the secretart filed it with the courts the totally wrong one ,i guess by accident what's going to happen. can i correct it, what would this cause to my file. help please.

Hello, I have recently discovered debt consolidation Care and am already addicted. I have two general questions, please. One: I am current on my PDLS and am working to pay them off within 4 months using the information gained here regarding Extended Payment Plans and paying the internet loans in full when due. My question is this: When people are having to close their accounts is it because they no longer want to pay or cannot pay the interest fees or because the company continues to debit after they are paid off?

does consolidation have an immediate negative effect on your credit report? IE: will there be a report of working with a management company, or a reduced settlement comment.

how would FICO score be effected vs paying of 100%

I have defaulted on several payday loans. I can't get out of this mess. They are calling and saying I only have a few days to repay or they will file legal charges against me. I am having severe money problems becuase of these loans. I had to close my checking account. They say I am guilty of worthless checks now. I tried to work out a payment plan with one of them today but he wouldn't agree. I have lons with OneClickCash, Nationwide, Thinkcash and Geneva Roth. The interest keeps building and I can't get out ot this mess. Do I need to see a lawyer tomorrow?
