I live in Mississippi. I couldn't repay my payday loan so the company took my auto instead. Can I deduct this loss on my income taxes?

I got my first PIF yesterday after negotiating a settlement of the principal balance only. It felt really good to get this weight off my shoulders and it was relatively easy to do thanks to all of you here who gave me great advice and guided me through the process. if they sue and win? And can "judgement proof" apply to people who not only get SS? I don't receive SS or any disability, but I make very little and don't own any cars or a home. Just the little money I make my from job.

Hello!!! I borrowed $1000.00 from Cash Call a few months ago. I have a montly payment of $169. I amd not able to keep up with those payments right now. I've read that Cash Call is really hard to work with, but I need a plan. First, should I call them and say I can't pay and ask for a lower monthly payment? Second, should I do an ACH revoke letter? When I got the loan I did sign paperwork and faxed it back to them...so I know it's legally binding. Is this the right course of action?!

My score is around 630, I havent really had much credit in the past, everyone says your credit score isn't bad its just new/weak. I'm trying to get approved for a $11,000 loan with no luck, is there any place that could help get me approved? I tried Prosper.com. Thank you

Hello. I was browsing online trying to research a company working in debt settlement. I came across a company named Private debt solutions. They are a BBB accredited business, and seem to have good reviews. Does anybody know if this is a legit company, and if so, any experience with them? Thanks so much!

This is my last collection bill and I want to get this monkey off my back already. Before you ask yes it is my bill I dv'ed them and they sent validation back. The SOL on this bill is up on October 2009. I have no interest in seeing or waiting if they will sue or not. I want to pay it and get this over with. The JDB is Midland Management out of San Diego who bought it from Enhanced who bought it from from Card processing who bought it from original creditor being Speigal. Now what I owe is 3,074.00 which includes interest YADA YADA.
