I do not know what to do now, I live in Arizona & have 5 pdl's out. 5 different company's. 3 of them are going to have to send my checks through & they will bounce. I will not have the money for them for 3 more weeks...what happens when they try to send them through twice & they don't get paid...what do I do to get the time to pay them in three weeks. I haven't bounced a check in ages..let alone 1 for $300, 1 for $500, 1 for $275 & 2 for $200. 2 of the loans are not due to be paid until the date I have the money...it's the other 3 I'm worried about....

I have made bad decisions and made cash advances on my credit cards to pay off my debt from friends and family. Now I found out that the monthly payment and the interest rate are too high and I won't be able to sustain the financial need of my three kids. What can I do?

Does FIA/ bank of america offer a hardship program? How far behind do you have to be? Thanks

i've just received my credit report and don't even know what most of them are for.how can i find out.

I just found this site and hope someone can advise me - I am currently struggling to pay credit card debt that I had to obtain to take care of grandchildren. My monthly payments are a real hardship as my earnings have been reduced. I talked to a consumer credit counselor who recommended a debt management plan, but the payments will only be about $40 less than the regular monthly total I am barely able to pay now. Is there another way, short of bankruptcy? Mary

I have been in touch with a debt counselor just to get some gen info. I can't nor do I want to file bankruptcy. I almost lost my house by being 3 payments behind. I am now down to 2 payments behind. I spoke with a counselor who is contacting my mortgage on my behalf to work our something to help so I can keep the house. The thing that I am concerned about is that he stated in order to become debt free and save my house, I have to say the heck with my credit. I am fine with that seeing how it is wrecked already.

Is is possible to have creditors settle on a discounted debt if there are no delinquencies or late fees at this time. In other words, credit is in good standing, but a solution is required prior to going delinquent.

Has anyone ever heard of Courthouse Document Investigations & Abitration LLC/CDIA LLC? I received all call from Tammy Yarbough "private" number 678-402-7953. Told me to call her back at 404-839-8124...She did not identify what company she was calling from. So I called her back and said I was returning a call and she replied "everyone is gone for the day but I can take a message" so I asked what company is this and she said CDIA so I said are you Tammy and she said "yes".

I can't find anything on this number 630-692-3094...anyone have any info on it? Thanks~
