Hi...This is Shirley Bedford...I am a member of the community and was actually the first person to get on the wall of fame wall!! I need some help with online payday loans in Louisiana.  I have closed my bank account so some of my loans are pass due so I need some advice with that.  I have the following payday loans  all online with the following balances.

CheckintoCash (300) balance

Speedy Cash (560) balance

DollarFlash Borrowed 200.00 in July and have been paying 170.00 a month since July.

Three B Borrowed 300.00 and paid 120.00 so far.

how does a bankruptcy trustee find out if you cash a check sent to you by mail from a loan company while in a chapter 13?

I'm in the middle of the hell, but I am adamant about getting out of it.

I have loans with legal lenders like:

Dollar Loan Center

Money Tree

Check City

CashNet USA

I have loans with illegal lenders:

Fast Efunds

VIP Loan Shop

Great Plains

Plain Green

I thought I would post this for advice or guidance.

I have arranged payment plans with the lenders I can, and I have drafted ACH Revokes with the all of them. They will be mailed tomorrow, certified, and emailed.

Is there someplace I can find documentation that tribal lenders can't enforce their tribal laws on us unless we are on their reservation. I keep finding conflicting information about whether or not their contracts are legal and binding. Thanks.

IS THIS COMPANY LEGIT TO COLLECT ON A PDL (NATIONAL CREDIT ADJUSTERS 866-660-1626.  I LIVE IN NEW YORK AND HAVE PAID THE PDL COMPANIES FAR MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE....CAN THEY SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS...AND IS THIS COMPANY LEGAL TO COLLECT IN NY?

I live in the state of Missouri. With the New Year coming I have decided to get myself out of this mess I am in. I know that getting these loans was my idea but I am in totally over my head and cannot pay my regular bills. I am going to close my main checking account January 2 but I need to know which companies are legal and which are illegal.I know that I should revolk the ACH but how do I set up payment arrangements to pay the ones that are legal and pay the principal to the ones that are illegal?

 

collections in NY for PDL?

Hey

I got 2 emails from 2 different PDL companies stating they sent my account to collections (i sent them the letters that my account is blocked).  can they do this if PDL's are illegal in New York (where i live)?  the companies are National Group LLC and the other is Horizon Opportunities.  They said they sent my accounts to National Credit Adjusters 866-660-1626.  Are the legit?
