Is it true that you cant conolidate debt with balance transfer loans from credit cards

So when I was @ my worst I was signing up for so many Lenders I lost track of which was which. I received a loan in the amount of $300.00. At the beginning of the month my account was debited twice each for $90.00. Below is how the ACH transaction appears on my e-statement(minus my name and SS#): CAC 506.443.2109 DES:PAYMENT ID:SS# INDN:NAME CO ID:9352 Ive tried calling the number and it appears to be a fax machine. The first six digits indicate the number originates from Fredericton,NB, Canada. I'm trying to figure some way to contact this company.

How do I get that under my log in ID?

Nova Debt Scam: Anyone hear of nova debt consolidation? Is it a scam?

Hello I just recieved a " Notice to Admit" from the attorny about a CC. What should I do? I've already recieved a Summons. Now this showed up.??? Any help would be great. I live in New York thanks

Here it is; $14k in debt. Quoted $301 per mo. for 30 mo. Lawyer costs would be 33% of the difference between starting balance and the settled balance. Also a 10% of initial balance due upfront (non-refundable). The company is called The Debt Group and they've been flashing around every station in New England. Law Firm is out of dallas called The Palmer Firm. BBB stated opened for 4 years, 2 complaints in last 36 mo. Everything sounds too good to be true to me, and im young so i'd rather not get more and more caught up in debt.

Help!! I have $4950 plus fees to pay back by 10/20 from online payday advance companies. Should I go with New Era debt solutions, Langhorne Debt Solutions or someone else? I need to do something quick!

I just signed up with fdrs.org. I've finally got the 411 on the federal reserve in the past 2 years. the site has good information but is it legitimate if not can i get out of my contract?

any one deal with them lately? Ive seen a lot of comments on them in 2006 & 2007 any thing lately. I feel really comfortable with the gal Im working with there. She answeres anya and all questions I have, and I had a lot and still have more. Any feedback on past expereinces with these folks?

Has anyone had any luck trying to settle with this firm? I live in UT but they keep saying they will take legal action against me and there letter says Massachusetts.
