I have a discover card 15, 000 debt that is killing me but I am afraid to connect with them because they will try to get a arrangement and I have nothing to give them it keeps going up
I emailed ameriloan my C & D letter last evening and they called me today!!!!!! Can you believe it? I am not going to call them back because that would be going against the instructions I gave them in my letter right?
All of this information you have given me is good. I want to resolve this mess but I know it will take some time... ameriloan's original amount was $250- thats what I 'borrowed'- I have paid at least $280 probably more like $400 plus.
They dont keep a complete record on their site as far as I can tell so I cant really see all my payments. How convenient!
The other three I think are legal. If I can make arrangements with them it will be much the same as the arrangements I already have- isnt that so? I may get a few extra installments but Im still going to end up paying mucho money back...
I have over $11,000 I owe in credit card debt, and 2 unsecured loans that are about $12,000. I got behind on my bills right after I got married, I just cant get caught up. One of my debts went to a collection agencie. Is there any advise I can get to get out of debt?
I have a BofA account that is overdrawn due to unauthorized payday transactions. I have initiated a dispute with BofA Electronic Claims. How long do you have from the initial date of overdraft to correct the NSF balance (if BofA decides to side with the PDL)?
I was told today by ameriloan that I can revoke my ACH authorization for payments, then they will submit a check to my for the full balance. Only after the check is returned NSF, can I make payment arrangements with them. They are illegal in my state. Is this correct?
Are Money & More and ameriloan legal in the state of New Mexico? I looked up their information with the NM's licensee search and I couldn't find anything on either of them.
I am wondering if anyone with more experience can tell me for sure.
