Does anyone know the SOL in the State of GA? Also, if a Debt is older than 7 years but was purchased by a collector and shows up as a new debt, is this possible?

They are legal in my state (AZ) how should I handle them? My first default will be 10/17 should I contact them and ask for an EPP? I am planning on closing my account so it cannot be debited but I read they only take ACH payments.

What kind of interest rate I will see if I consolidate my debt?

I just heard on the news today that National City Corp might be looking for potential buyers due to the high rate of mortgage foreclosures. Two of the potential buyers are Pittsburgh-based PNC Financial Services Group INC., and Toronto-based Bank of Nova Scotia.

Is there any way to remove the debt from garnishment and start a payment plan now that I am able.

I have two internet payday loans and from reading other posts on here I have learned that they are illegal in Ky, How do I go about settling these loans? The loans are from Magnum Cash Advance and Payday one. The Magnum one is my big one. I borrowed $730 and owe around $348 three more times. I have had a few loans that I have paid in full with them in the past. I added up the interest and subtracted the actual amount borrowed and if the current loan was paid off from interest I have already paid they would owe me around $400.

I recently defaulted on some store front pdl's here in az. Now, I'm actually thinking about going the bankruptcy route due to a whole slew of issues including medical bills and what not. However, I don't want to tell the pdl's that since they will probably send the paper work to court right away to get me sued and garnished. Apparently, the can take everything out of my bank account except 150 if this happens...so the BK is kinda urgent. Anyways, I spoke with someone today from one of the companies, told her I wasnt home. She called 2 seconds later.

We have four loans one with ameriloan, Thinkcash, cash call and one click cash. We have already closed our accounts. Faxed stop letters to cash call and think cash that we will be mailing or money graming payments. How can we just pay the principal and not the interest. None of the payments are behind as of yet
