Can payday loan companies take money from my checking account knowing that I get S.S.I checks

I've been hearing stuff about BK debt buyers, what's the deal with that?

Here is the letter I received from One Click Cash. This is the first thing I heard from them. I'm shocked!! The only problem is I can't pay them by the 3rd so I don't know how they will be. The original deposit amount made to your account MUST BE PAID BACK.

Once all the credit has been paid off, what can I do to raise my score quickly? Are there special companies out there that may do that for you, if you pay them a lot?

Has anyone dealt with this company?? I think they are illegal here in Arizona but not sure where to find out this information. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

I sold a car to a friend last year and he failed to pay the remainder owed. What can i do to retrieve my car? I still have the title but he has since changed the locks on the car and refuses to pay.

I live in Pennsylvania and I currently have Wachovia. I have a bunch of online payday loans out(I posted a message on here last week but i didn't get a response, i can repost my payday loan info if needed) and i plan on closing my account out and switching to Belco. I know PDL's are a terrible idea, but, if I am really in need of quick cash, can someone please give me names of licensed payday lenders that are legit? Also, I have a PDL with Cash Direct Express and SSM group: are they licensed? They appear to me from their websites (licensed in DE, if I am correct). Also, are people typically able to recover any of the illegitimate debits with the help of their banks when unlicensed lenders debit their accounts for outrageous fees?
