Is Ameriloan illegal in ALL STATES? I reside in Michigan. I am dealing with them now. They have placed my account in "compliance" an I must now communicate via via and fax. They do not respond to either. What are my next steps? I have paid $660 thus far on a $500 before cutting off communication with me they said my next payment would be $220

Illegal payday loans...what do I do?

I have 2 current payday loans: ameriloan, star cash. I used ameriloan once before and paid them off. It ended up being $635 on a $350 loan. I was going through some more tough times in September so I used ameriloan again. This time they deposited $500. They've already drafted $745 from my account but I still owe $260 on the actual loan. My next amount due is $110 ($50 for loan repayment and a $60 fee).
I didn't even mean to get the star cash loan. They deposited $200 in my bank one day. I needed the money so I didn't dispute it.

I have 4 Internet loans. I keep having to get another just to pay the "finance" fees for the other ones. I will never be able to pay them off. All but one of them has outrageous financing which none of it goes to principal. I had to close my checking account because the automatic debits they do every pay period takes my entire check. I am now about to lose my only means of transportation to work and can not make my rent. I don't know what to do??????
I believe that three of the lenders may not be licensed and I didn't realize that these finance charges would not pay down the principle.

Hello All,
I have been sending my letters to the lenders and some have actually said that they marked my account paid in full. Now i live in New York and this PDL company that i emailed a few times with my letter i found on this site wrote back this: Ive paid about $1000 for a $600 loan.

I have managed to get a paid in full from American WEB Loan but trying to get a refund from them is close to impossible. Not sure how I should proceed with their latest response. I have overpaid them by $1200 and they are illegal in the State of Michigan.

Hi Friends
As you all know we have shifted to a new platform in Drupal. Some members are facing login/password issues. Here are the steps to reset your password.
Once you click on Sign in (http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/user)
1) In the Log in section you will find a Request new password button.
2) Click on Request new password button.
3) After clicking you will be asked to enter your email address.
4) After entering your email address click on Email new password button.

I took out a loan from Payday Loan Services (PLS) last year to help pay rent and I was later laid off from my job and I am now collecting unemployment The attorney that is handling the case recently placed a levy on my bank account which was already in the negative.

I have gotten into payday loan hell and need help to get out...I am in Mississippi...I have 12...some are payday loans and some are classified as short term installment loans. Most of the consolidation companies I have talked to for assistance will still leave me in a bind. I am not in a position to file bankruptcy. I have talked to Oak View Law Group and they are reasonable but I can't figure out whether or not they are legitimate. I have also closed my account and opened a new one. I am not behind on any of these but will be on Friday when they try to deb
