How do I get the credit card company to stop calling me. They called me 8 times today and it's only 7:00pm I know they will call me two or three more times.

several things. Can someone please Google it also? Does any one have any comments or concerns? She is telling me that they can help me even if I am in Georgia.

I spoke with someone at a debt consolidation company that said that as long as I was a part of their program that my credit report will show as "slow pay." Is this normal?

I wrote essentially this same thing on the other page, but I am really curious about the relationship that you show to have with me. I have never heard of you and to the best of my knowledge have never owed you anything. On this credit report other than the line of credit there is no listing that there were ever any transactions relating me to you. I would appreciate it if would remove all reference of me in your documentation, I really do not need any such complication added to my life. My credit score is listed as being an A and I want nothing to do with anything which might compromise that.

Can someone please guide me in the right direction? I have two payday loans - I have been renewing them now for over a month and the fees are starting to drain my finances, preventing me from really paying them back in full. Here is my information: Companies: mypaydayloan.com - $600 (I know they are offshore - does this make them illegal?) rapidcashforyou.com - $400 I have been renewing them by paying the finance charges every two weeks - $150 for the $600 and $120 for the $400 I reside in CT. I understand that Payday Loans for the most part are illegal here.

I live in the state of Florida and have a defaulted loan with my cash now (credit protection depot). I have been contacted by a "firm" that represents them and have been told they are going to take me to court and file a suit against me. Is it true that since mycashnow is not licensed in my state, they can't file against me?

Hi, I just got an email summary of my credit condition and Radio/CBSD is shown with a credit limit of $2000 nad nothing owed, also there si no record of any late payments. I have never before heard of that organization and have no idea who they are. To the best of my knowledge I have never owed them anything. Who are they and what is this all about? How did they get my name? What are they doing with it?

Like many other people, I got trapped in the payday loan debaucle. I currently have 6 payday loans outstanding and this is what I owe: 1 - 400 2 - 400 3 - 480 4 - 510 5 - 405 6 - 1857.01 These are all approximate amounts. The first 5 I paid on every 2 weeks for at least the last 8 months until about a month and a half ago $90.00 every 2 weeks on 4 of them and $120.00 every 2 weeks on the 5th one and $94.27 every other week for the last 2 months. I closed my account because I couldn't afford to pay them anymore and they wouldn't work with me to reduce the amounts to allow me to pay them.

I asked my bank to initiate a hard debit block..They would not do it. I already had a nsf of 200.00 due to refused ACH wihdrawals. I told them to stop it NOW! and I would pay the 200.00 NSF..They said they could not do anything.I said close the account and they would not do it..I said the 200.00 NSF would be paid as sson as my check arrived. They still did not do anything ..I cired and said these PDL people will extract anything and everything.
