In the past year my credit has gone bad. (If only I had found this site sooner) Instead of calling my Credit Companies and telling them I was going to have a problem making payments I chose to take the quick fixes like PD loans instead of working with the CC. Take my advice do all you can to keep your payments on track. Now I am dealing with bad credit and it is not fun. I always had good credit I never thought about it. WORK WITH YOUR CREDITORS THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU, WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW BEFORE AND DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO FIND OUT. I am now determine to get out of this mess!

Has anyone been sued by HSBC for credit card debt. i had a credit card with hsbc and havent made payments on it since end of last year. now they are taking me to court to garnish my wages and file a judgment. has this happened to anyone? have you ever been to court with hsbc over something like this? the debt with them is 5k.

well I am like everyone else here, and have gotten myself in trouble with payday loans, I have 5 including 1 storefront. I have payment arrangements on everyone becouse My bank account that they were debiting money from was closed by the bank. I did the right thing and called the creditors to make arrangements to pay the debt.

can i be arrested for a payday payment i owe from this company calling me by phone if i dont pay it by 12 today. they threatened to arrest me and send people to my job and house to take further action of this mattter.....what is the right thing for me to do today because i want to get it resolve. concerned human being in tampa florida

I am really stuck in a rut. I thought i could start paying there, but now, i dont have any $$$. my acct is in the negative and my husbands check was put in this morning... I was wondering if one of those pdl consolidations would would work and are they worth it.

I have a 401K in excess of 92,000. I understand that I can apply to secure a loan from my 401k. This is a painful process so I am told. I am horrified. But I can't take the debt either. Medical bills, education and the mere to rob Peter to pay Paul. These people are calling my home at all hours. Will a bank give me a loan and use my 401k as collateral? I look for your reply.

I just spoke with someone from American Consumer Credit. I live in the state of Ohio. The PDL is through TheCashSpot. The original amount borrowed was 300. To date I have paid them 592.00 still owing a principal amount of 252.00 (of course that includes no fees). I explained to the lady that rollover and extension fees are not legal in Ohio and she said that the company is out of Delaware and it's considered a Virtual Portal..Can someone please help me with this?

I disputed charges to my account and I know they are going to start calling me at work. How can I possibly prevent this? I am so stupid for getting caught up with all this stuff.

I have borrowed from : The Cash Spot Cashnetusa ameriloan UnitedCashLoans Geneva Roth Cap Loan Impact Cash Some of the loans I finally paid in full, but on all of them I paid rollover/extension fees. Can I get that money back? I still owe for sure Geneva, Impact Cash and Cash Net, does anyone know how I can deal with them, they have all debited my account for extension fee's. I really don't want to close my bank account. Help :)

Is anyone familiar with Budger Rite out of Florida? Are they reputable?
