im really trying to get a loan to pay off all my debts my credit rating isnt very good with a bankruptcy on it if i was able to get a loan i wouldnt need to consolidate everything would be paid off and i would have only one payment to make for 5 years if you cant help with that then my only other option is to consolidate but i dont have all the information at this time nor the money yet this would be a big help if someone could lead me in the right direction

I couldn't close my bank acct b/c there was a pending transaction that hasn't totally went thru from the grocery store the other day. SO I got the bank manager to put a block on so NOTHING could get thru. Can I send the letters that my bank acct is closed and to not try to send for money from my PDL? I will come back and relist everything from a post before...I know they are all illegal from before posts...I'm in Ohio, they are all internet PDL's. I have a questions about Midland Marketing Group and Eagle Finance...are they also illegal?

I habr already put my first $1000 in a seprate account to start building up my settlement cash. What do i do after that? I want to do this without the fees of companies. Do i wait to get late notices before i send a letter telling them that i am having hardship? I have 12 different cards. I know I can't settle with them all at once so what happens to the really late ones? Is there a sticky with all the how to start info that I'm missing? Also the creditor database isn't showing up. Please any help would be greatly appreicated. Thanks Noelle

I live in New York City. I have a debt about 25k. Capitalone 5k Capitalone $800 Capitalone Loan $7k Citi card $2100.00 HSBC $700.00 Discovercard $3400 Shopnbc $4500 HSBC $2800.00 I have no late payment on them, but they are too much for me right now. I will start to default them this month. I contacted a debt consolidation Agency called ' Fidelity Debt Solution. They told me they could help me settle these account for about 14,500.00, whick include their fees. They told me that I would have to pay $670.00 for the two months for them first, and after that I would pay $430.00 for 30 months.

Is it best to speak with them instead of emails? I have begun the process but the 3 illegal once from Malta and West Indies are the ones who consistently try to draft my account. I will speak with the storefronts to see if there is anything we can agree on.

NCS/National Recovery Systems, what a group of hard people to work with. I live in PA first of all. They say the original balance is $480 but are willing to settle with $372 if I pay by Sept. 8th. I have already paid Arrowhead $1700 on a $300 loan taken out in Nov. 2007. I have paid $90 every two weeks since then. I tried calling Arrowhead a week or so ago and was informed it was already sent to collections and I should wait to hear from them. Yes, I've sent Arrowhead the letter stating I've paid so much, can we settle this or consider PIF.

My husband and I have a total of four payday loans, two at one place and two at another. One is called Advance America and one is called Express Cash. Express Cash is just a little local loaning place. We pay $300 approx. in fees each month. Our income, only income, is his/our kids $1251 per month in disability. Our loans are for $500 - $87.50 fee, $450 - $78.75 fee, $350 - $61.25 fee, $400 - $70 fee. We have had these on our backs since March of this year. We had them before then for about a year each, but were able to go without borrowing in February when income tax money came in.

I have been suffering from withdraw for what seems like an eternity. I am so happy its finally that time of the year. I sure love me some football. It is the greatest sport EVER. :D
