Hail my good friends. How are you this fine day? I am super stressed. School just started and I have so much studying I haven't the slightest idea on how my brain is going to pack in this much information. I have 5 classes but I only go 2 days a week. Which is good because I work also. Everything is picking up and being put back in it's proper place! I miss you all, some more than others, very much. I will try and stop in for often.

I've been to several banks today plus on the phone and NO ONE WILL PUT MY ACCOUNT ON ACH BLOCK/HARD DEBIT/DEPOSIT ONLY!! I explained everything but they won't do a damn thing for me!! I've opened a new account buy my direct deposit is going to my old account where all my debits from the pdls are coming!! They won't close my account either since I have a direct deposit coming, and said that deposit would only reopen the account even if the account were closed. Plus with the pdl withdrawals they said even if the account were closed it could reopen due to the withdrawals.

hello, i had a message with a first name and number. 1-866-504-7548. no company name no ref.... nothing. so i googled the tele number and then the company name. and i do not remember ever taking a loan with this Web payday. I called the number 2x was put on hold then hung up Does anyone know what other payday loans fall under these people? I did not give any info to them if they are looking for $$ they need to call me and verify That i actually owe them or not. Any info anyone can give thank you Robin.

Hi, I'm new here. I got a letter two weeks ago from Universal Fidelity. I'd like to pay it but I just can't pay the entire amount. I've been stressing about it and today they started calling me at work and called me three times. I told them I can't make a payment today, I might be able to later this week or next. But after reading here I also do not want to give them my bank account or debit card account etc as it sounds like they don't always post it when they say, take more etc. I'm going to mail a letter requesting they stop calling me at work.

When I hear people speak of settling at 30-50% of the balance, is that the original balance -- or the balance after all the added interest/fees/etc...? Thank you

Hi everyone! after browsing under the radar for awhile, i decided to post to seek help. everyone seems so helpful and nice on here by the way! I live in Ohio and have a store front loan with checksmart. I got $550, owe around $630-ish. They are CFSA, but when I called to inquire about EPP, they said they don't do that. I have not defaulted, and have always paid on time, but this is the only way out of the cycle. I called their corp. office, and they said it is up to the individual store. Do they have to set up EPP since they are CFSA? Please help, and thanks in advance.

I got laid off and hired a debt settlement company to help settle my debt. Out of 7 credit cards I only have 2 left to go and had to remove the debt settlement co. due to shady practices recently. This "Capital Management services" constantly hounds me and usually just leave a message that I need to call back immediately. Well, I owe them 2900.00 (1000 is interest) and call them and offered 30 percent and at first the woman was polite and then transferred me to her manager.
