Need to know if this company is legally licensed in CA...thanks!

I need help with getting rid of these loans

Trauner, Cohen and Thomas LLP sent me a letter (not certified) that said I owed $6K on an old loan. I requested debt verification via a phone conversation, as well as, through a certified letter in the mail. They told me that if I didn't act quickly (by 8/29) that they would move forward and sue me for the balance of the account, as well as, their attorney fees. They said they would also garnish my wages and they have already checked with my companies HR department to verify my employment. I only received the letter and began talking with them on 8/18.

I have an internet loan through AIP and LOANSHOP/HIGHLAND. One for 289 and one for 390. My state requires no more than 3 "roll overs", then pay it in full and I can have a new contract. ( it also states I can't have more than one pld at a time, but for the sake of this arguement, we'll ignore that. AIP I have paid 89 twice a month for a grand total of 17 payments on a 289 pdl. That's about $1513. If that's not over payment, I don't know what is. Loanshop, under state law should have taken the full 390 last paycheck.

I have a loan with with but 215.00 of it is in collections. I'm just wondering if they are even licensed. they keep telling me that my loan is past due and if i don't call back in 48hrs it will go to collections dept. It's already in the collections dept.

Hello, I would like to know if payday loans could be consolidated?

anyone familiar with pa, if so i got a return call this morning from 610-784-7692 for monies from this MTE financial well she says instantcashusa, but i emailed them and they were supposedly getting back with me to make arrangements or whatever. I brought the number up and its on the corner of S Juniper st and Market St. It says its ATX telecommunications. I was hung up on when she said she was going to get someone on the line for me because im not able to view my contract at all, i dont think they have one for me.

Goudah, maybe you can help with this. I just did a search on the Texas Secretary of State website using the CSO link. It shows that CashNetUSA's bond was cancelled. Does this mean they are operating illegaly? I am having issues with them working out arrangements with me.
