Can an item reappear on check systems again after it was removed and what if it does is there anything anybody can do? I have a friend that removed a derogatory in check systems and now appear again what can she do?

I have about 5 payday loans right now. And I keep having to get more just to pay the interest and fees every paycheck. I am paying about 1,500.00 a month to just the interest and fees and never getting the actual loan amount down. Plus, this is taking have of my paycheck away from other bills and rent. I am stuck, I am nervous about calling and trying to work out payment arrangements. They all come out of my bank account. Can I close my account withouth it being opened again when they try to collect. I want to pay them, but I can't keep on this downward cycle.

I consolidated my student loans Dec '00, and because of the low paying job I had, I kept asking for a forbearance, and still wasn't able to make payments so the loan defaulted. In June '04 I began loan rehabilitation with General Revenue making 12-$250 payments. Sallie Mae then sent a letter June '05 stating they were servicing the loan again, but never has the $3000 paid to GRC been credited. I made sporadic payments from 6/05-1/07, and then quit after the advice of an attorney. In Feb'08 Pioneer Credit took the loan over.

does anybody know if this company still exsit. I got the same phone call last week. But the phone number is different. They are out of Jacksonville FL.

I have contacted mte, even though i was given a different number and then another number. Now i guess my loan is with Instantcashusa. I asked for the website info and they told me my name and password and i was not able to fiew my contract, I was on the phone at the time i was looking it up and she didnt know what to say.

I'm in the process of regaining control of my debt. My husband and I have almost $200,000 worth of student loans (thats our combined student loan debt for 5 years of college EACH). We have a $159,000 mortgage. No active credit cards. Pretty much everything but the mortgage is in collections. We were young and stupid. We over-borrowed and then when we graduated couldn't get jobs in our chosen fields. I lost my job last year and have been searching ever since and my husband makes decent money.
