I opened a loan with them in 2006 for 200.00 for some reason I forgot about the whole loan my bank account was closed a long time ago due to fraudulent activity. Now here we are 2008 and they are contacting me at work saying I owe almost 4000.00!!! They are nuts! I told them I do not have this money to pay and because of there language barrier they seem to not understand! They are threatening to send me to wage garnishment! I told them I spoke to a legal advisor and now they say whatever I could give? hmmmm could they still take me to court? What if I go bankruptcy?

I wanted to share with everyone the email I just received from a gentleman in the Iowa Dept. of Banking regarding Payday Loan Yes and Fast Cash. Payday Loan Yes does not list an address on their website, but Fast Cash does. They are part of the same company and sister companies.

ive been looking through posts and is ameriloan, United cash loans affiliated and if so is there others associated with them. I am also noticing that they are all illegal in the state of michigan is this true and if so what do i do to take care of this. I have a loan with Ameriloan thank you wendy

I have two account (which is not mine account) that stated KD and it's been on my credit report more than 7years. I already dispute this claim to all credit bureaus and Company A. Only one credit bureau respond and delete the account. My question is should all credit bureau take off any account if it is more than 7 years? if yes, how can I dispute this matter?

I had a collection account for Verizon. It shows on my credit report. It has been paid in full. What are my chances of disputing the collection so I can remove it from my credit report?

I was being sued by Cach LLC and I filed a paper at the court house that I had never heard of them and that the judge had thrown the cause out but thay filed an appeal. The judge set up mediation, they filed a letter not wanting to mediate now I haw to mediate and pay $50. What should I do? What kind of proof will I need? I pulled my credit report and the company thay said they represented wrote a charge off in 2007.

I have mentioned before i have contacted all of my pdl i have and I am having a problem with one of them and that is ameriloan. They say there is nothing they can do for me unless i am delinquent. Sounds silly, why not help me out now before that happens :? Does anyone have another contact # or something for them i keep getting the same woman and shes not budging and i asked for a supervisor shes it according to her. any suggestions as how to deal with this other than pay in full, wish i could. thanks wendy

Does any one have any information on them? I have this group of really rude men calling me about a loan from Midland and threatening me with jail, etc. I'm scared b/c I'm a single mom and my son and animals depend on me. Can anyone give me any information? Please! :-( These guys are claiming to be with the United States Legal Department and are VERY threatening. Help!!!

Loan amt Bi-weekly amt Paycheck Today 250 75 Cash Network 250 75 1st payment on 9/15 Impact Cash 300 90 1st payment on 9/15 Cash Net USA 600 107.7 Money Mart 450 89 Big 225 40 have paid over 1000 already GFS 200 40 have paid over 1000 already These are the loans I have and I have been paying on all of them except the Cash Network and Impact they are new. But how do I get out of them. Please help I'm in Texas and fill like I am drowning and ready to give up. Lilly
