Hi everyone! I have been reading the boards for the past couple of days and think I have gotten the general idea, and want to make sure I am right. This is a great help, and you guys are awesome, with all the advice and support! OK, I am from PA. Have a nightmare 8 loans...closed out my checking account, have a new one. One of the companies is willing to set up payment arragements already, I am happy about that. Below is the list of the loans I have, the amount, the estimate of what I have paid, and contact info. I only have addresses for 2 of them.

Could you tell me if this is a form you found on the internet or if some debt consolidation company gives you this and claims it will let you ignore the terms of your loan? Because it doesn't. The laws of your state do not apply to your loan.

PD One-original loan $500.00, have paid 700.00.

I just got a call from Shane and he was calling on behalf of one of the payday loans that I had in the past. I just need a address or a fax number so I can send a C&D letter asap.

I just received a phone call from RCM and they state that I have to call them before 5 pm today or my case is being sent to there legal team. Am I in trouble or is this company trying to scam me for more money. Any suggestions would help.

MANY QUESTIONS HERE, COMPLICATED FOR EXPERTS ONLY!!!!! i have a LOT of debt i have ignored. it all adds up to about $6000 original with the original creditor but the collector's have added on monstrous penalties and interest, and the debts have been increased 40% higher to doubled in some cases. i am 100% judgment proof and I haven’t needed to file taxes in 6 years, nor do I have a job where my salary can be garnished. I am self employed, live with a friend and keep only a nominal amount of money. I keep about $200 in a checking acct.

I am still battling with loanpointusa.com (DBA GRC Funding; Geneva Roth Capital) for a refund. I’ve paid $1200 on a $400 loan. I email and fax numerous times daily. I have complaints on file with a number of agencies, BBB, Michigan AG & Department of Labor, FTC, etc. During my investigations I uncovered the ACH processor for loanpointusa.com. I took out a payday loan with Discount Advances in December of I think around 800.00. I was unable to pay it back in full and I have been dealing with Credit Protection Depot. I have made payments but unfortunately do not know exactly how much. They debited my account several times when I told them that bank account was closed. So they rec'd payments that way as well. I was unable to make a payment the last two months and have now rec'd the below letter. Before I contact them can someone tell me if they are legal and if so, am I to pay the interest or just what I borrowed.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has any info on cardinal management. I took out a payday loan from them and I have no record of who they are or where they operate? Any help would be appreciated.

ok so I have made 3 90 payments on this account for a $300 so its been paid 270 they want another 560 to pay it off I live in Maine
