i have 4 payday loans i was paying on them until my income change and i got in a hole so i stop its been about two mo since i made any payments and they are calling saying they are going to garnish my check

I received my chexsystems report - what do I do now? Under "Reported Information" it lists a bank account that I had in another state. It gived my name and old address, old drivers license etc. Although I don't have record of the account number, I am sure that it is my old bank account. Under "Date Reported" it lists 6/9/04. Under "Reported For" it lists "NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS (NSF) ACTIVITY. Under "Debt Reported" it lists "ChexSystems has no debt information available.

I recieved a call from a Mr. Myers from PDM associates. They would not tell me what kind of company they are. What should I do.

i bank with bb&t and i have been in the red on and off for almost a month now. they haven't closed my account yet but i won't be able to put any money in the account until next friday. how long before they close the account and what exactly happens if they do?

Ok I've been reading up alot on this site and wondering if anyone can give me insite. I live in PA where payday loans are fine, right? I know it says Prohibted on the conusmer website but I think that is only for check cashing services or something. Here are my loans: They are all in default: Loan Point USA: $300...paid more then that already in fees, paid last fee on July 17th Upfront Payday: $300...in collections for $214.00, paid more then the 300 in fees. Cash First: $300....paid prob.

I sent PayDay Max a letter (as well as several others) and said I believe I PIF. Well they called yesterday and the gal said you had a payment arrangement set-up and I said well I feel like I've paid in full. She kept saying I have a payment arrangement set up and the call ended. It wan't nasty by any means but I don't know how to handle these. If you remember, I set up an arrangement with them to pay $80.00 every 2 weeks for like 6 weeks and they would then consider it paid in full. But, I realized I had already paid them like $225 over the amount of the original principal.

I currently have 5 payday loans out. Am a single mom, living in nebraska. I am current with the loans but my bills are falling behind. THey are as follows: 1. does anyone know what the letters mean on the mds bankruptcy model mean. My score is good but I cannot find out what the letters mean
