This is an excerpt from the response I got from Safe-Loan about my revocation: We would like to mention that when you signed your loan agreement, you acknowledged and contractually agreed to that fact that we are a Costa Rica Company that registers and operates under Costa Rican law. Because of this, we do not maintain a location in the State of North Carolina. As stated in your loan agreement, the loan was provided in accordance with the laws that govern licensed lenders in Costa Rica. Your loan was approved and funded in Costa Rica. How so I respond to this?

Has anyone heard of this Global pre-litigation firm? Is this place legit or a scam? They had me going so I gave them, my account number but recently closed it out because I was skeptical about it because they couldn't provide, me with any of the info I needed about them....

I live in DE and got a loan from Western Sky. They are owned and operated from an Indian Reservation. The sold the loan to Cash Call which operates out of CA. I paid additional on this loan, which was supposed to be applied to principal and they have not done it. I still owe as much as I borrowed. The contract says no prepayment penalty and the reps said additional money would be applied to principal as long as I indicated that. I've already paid back more than I borrowed. They are now threatening me, b/c I was in a car accident and cannot work.

We received a call yesterday and today. They said we needed to contact them right away as my husband will be do in court and she needs to go over the inforamtion right away to be prepared for court. I freaked out and asked him what kind of trouble he was in. I did some research they are CRS from Texas and have been doing this to alot of people. How can they get away with this. My 6 year old was crying as she heard the answering machine and thought daddy had to go to jail. Then started calling cell phone. How and the heck did they get the cell phone number?

These people are on my credit report and the other person they bought my charge off from is also on my report as negative. How can these people put a negative on my credit report when I did not have anything to do with them? If they bought the account then the other account should not be negative...it was sold that means a roll over thing...

Can they do this?? The PDL company is Bayside Cash. What can I do about this?

Logn story short...I went to ITT tech for 2 years getting loans for the whole thing. It took me around 3 years to get a job even remotely related to what I went to school for and it took me closer to 5 or 6 years to get a good paying job in that field. Well after the 6 month grace period was up after graduation I liked to choked when I got student loan bills in the mail for $500+ a month. Almost as much as my rent. I contacted them and they said I could consolidate all my loans and put a hardship forbearance on them until I could afford to pay for them so I did.
