I have 5 storefront PDL' sand am now wiped out.My bank account was NSF's to a point where the account had been closed. I called these people and asked them not to deposit the checks. They refused and did it anyways.Now not only do I have to fight with the bank about the nsf's..I told them in advance and they would not close the account when the first nsf hit.. I do not have any extra money to pay these back, I tried and was overwhelmed. I had a choice..keep my house and car ( I almost had that repo'd due the PDLs wiping out my account) or not pay them back...What can they do to me?

Anyone any good at unemployment benefits? I have a friend who has made a terrible mistake and filed for unemployment benefits when he was working unfortunatly he did it 2 weeks in a row...but not again. What can you do to correct this type of issue? Can he just pay it back? Sorry I didn't find anything on your wonderful website regarding anything unemployment related. But everyones seems to be so bright with all sorts of things. Any advice would be greatly appreciated...oh FYI he's in Nevada.

I have a debt that occured in 2002 in texas on my credit report (wells fargo). It was 6 years ago, I now live in alabama. What SOL do I fall under state wise? And can I dispute it on my credit report now since it was so long ago?

Does anyone know which websites OSL marketing and or SSM Group LLC distribute loans through? There are debits on my bank account but I can't remember which website was which. Thanks!

On my credit report, I have a listing for 1st Select Corp stating the account was opened in 05/2000 and the last Date Reported is 05/2003 as Transfer/Sold and it was a Credit Card. I'm sure this was a valid account that I let get behind and never paid off or settled with a collection agency. I live in Illinois and I think the SOL is 5 years for my state. Since the SOL has passed, can I dispute this entry to have it removed from my report?

Has any one dealt with John P. Frye and ended up paying the debt that was owed on the account? I am mailing a debt validation letter so they can verify my debt, and so they can stop calling me every two hours.

I got a call from BLN/Hartman & Associates on an old PDL from 2005 for USAPayDay. This woman told me that because the account had been closed for 3 years and I've ignored the calls (which I did not receive), she said that I committed bank fraud on this loan. I told her that PDL's are illegal in the state of MD and she replied that back then they were not illegal and what am I gonna do about this debt.

The business that i own is getting calls from a company called united cash loans for an employee. We don't allow personal calls of this nature + they are extreemly rude. We have asked them numerous times to stop calling but they scream and cuss saying they will continue to call. We do have a phone number but its not really getting us anywhere. What else can be done with this?

i want to know if any of theses are license and legal in ohio tjf corp, sjm marketing,ftr processing, bahama marketing group , one click cash, and united cash loans also what happens if i dont have money to pay will i go to jail i read the laws in ohio but dont quite understand could someone please explain it to me im scared that i will go down for not paying cause i dont have money

I as well had an interview with them~ How did it go?! What did he say to you? Just womdering if he told us the same thing! Sounds to good to be true, but by reading all of these it def. is!!
