[size=3][/size] :?: I was reading the state ord. on pdl in nebraska on saw you can only have 2 payday loans. Is that for one pdl store or is that for all the stores in Nebraska. If that is the total for that time then all those storefronts are breaking the law because they check on who writes checks thru a system. Also some pdl stores also say u can go to the next state and write more checks. Basically they are enabling a person to find other places when they know you in trouble. :roll:

Equifax has an address on file for me which amounts to gibberish - " RR1 RR1 Box ". They sent me a letter saying that I can have my credit report as soon as I send them the standard "one proof from the IDENTIFICATION column and one proof from the ADDRESS column" in their list of acceptable documentation. -- showing the gibberish address.... Will sending them the requested documentation showing my REAL (for the last 17 years) address do any good? Has anyone else had experience with this type of nonsense? A couple of months ago my wife got a summons saying she was being sued by asset acceptance llc. A day or two later she got a letter saying she could settle for half, so she called to see what was going on. She was told in order to stop the lawsuit she would have to pay something now or they would garnish her pay, take MY car and so on.In a panic she gave then $1000 and signed a stipulation saying she would pay $200 a month so the debt would'nt collect intrest.

Hey everyone... I'm 20 years old, and when I was 18 I thought I could handle having a credit card... but I was wrong. So I messed up, went over my $500.00 limit by missing payments, and now I'm consumed in interest. I know it's not a lot to be $500 in debt, but I am sick of paying the same payment over and over again because of interest. I can only make small payments since I goto school full time and work part time. I'll pay $30.00 or so, and then by the next statement I'm over my limit from interest again. I dont know what to do. I don't have $500 just to pay it off. Any advice?

Does this relieve me of all my obligations with this PDL as well as mark my account as paid in full? I just wanted to make sure this completely closes my account with them and they won't continue to debit my account. k, I have around 30k in cc debt and unsecured loans. It's getting worse every month! I'm only behind on two things, but cant' seem to get them caught up!
